Stephany and Joran enter at 5 a.m.
He leaves at 8 a.m.
What time do you think the murder took place?
Would be curious to know when the search on his computer happened!

Joran has, from a young age, sought out criminal activities and less-than-desirable friends. If he is convicted and sent to Peruvian prison, and if he manages to survive his first few weeks, I believe he will thrive in there. He will adapt; he will figure out with whom to align himself.

His mother and her friends will find a way to provide Joran with enough money/food/etc. for him not to be one of the least fortunate. He won’t starve.

If he gets a reduced sentence and comes out of there in ten or twelve years, he will have a doctorate in murder and mayhem. Not that he is so smart, but he will become more skilled. He is already deadly.

Unless he contracts a disease or is killed while in prison, Joran is still going to be a danger to society in the future. Any charges from any other countries need to be lined up and waiting for him. Let him exit one prison and immediately enter another.

JMO, of course.

Everyone is thinking it.
And hoping.

Joran is only 22.
So he was 17 when he killed Natalie?
What a punk.

I will be surprised if he lasts but a few days in a Peruvian prison.  If he is not a marked man in there, I believe Stephany's family will see to it.

Klaas, that picture of Beth from earlier today,  looks like Natalee is watching over her.  It breaks my heart.

Beth Holloway looks really good. Her non-profit seems like a good one. There are so many predators out there. The movie Taken freaks me out.

Klaas, Is that Taco Stein (what a name!) the one that Greta claims told her all kinds of stuff about the FBI and the extortion case?  I ask because he said tonight on LKL that he didn't know much about it.  I can't keep those titles in Aruba straight but I thought this was who Greta told she spoke with to know the FBI dropped the ball, it was all their fualt Joran had money to go to Peru, etc.

Then tnight he doesn't know anything.  Go figure!

Anna I don't know.

I think this guy Taco Stein was in charge in both St. Maartin and Suriname at one time.

A guy like Joran will study and learn to be a "better" criminal, possibly learning new tactics to his arsenal.

The Colombian thing is over. Whatever happened, it's over.

Someone from JVM's show called the governor in the area of Colombia and was told that there is nothing to it.

TJ was there when it happened and he just told me that.

So, like everything, we will see, but this looks reliable.

Well, if he gets 15 years, there is a chance he will be out in 5 from what I understand of the way this system works.

Just now had a problem but it's been pretty good for about an hour which compared to earlier today is excellent.
