As you know, the judge ruled that the Kalpoes had to come to California to give their depositions.  The Kalpoes were given until 6/1/2010 to do this.  They filed a request for an extension the end of May and I've been waiting for those documents and the decision to be filed.  The docs (request/22pgs and response/32 pages) have been file and a 4 page decision was filed.  Here are 2 of the important pages of that decision.  Not sure what happens next:

I want to see new pics of Joran- AFTER his interrogation. I wish they would do a perp walk daily so we can see how bad he looks day after day. We would then be able to see how he ages as his sins set upon him.

I want to see pictures of him after his first night in prison.

I just watched Casino video again and it looks to me like Stephany fronts Joran money for his hand and then watches for the outcome. She isn't playing at all here.
I really think now that she went willingly to his hotel room under the guise of getting her money back.

I just have to put my two cents in writing.  After seeing the video of JVD and Stephany going to his room, she definitely was not going to have sex.  He is still a pathological liar, and there is no doubt in my mind, he forced her to have some type of sexual encounter and wound up in a rage.  I think it is possible he spiked her drink, and she may have been feeling the effects, which caused her to make a bad judgement in going with him to his room.  She most likely had no reason to be worried, as he always acts like a very likeable and trustworthy person to his victims.  The fact that he went to pick up the key, therefore  being  seen with her, having that room in his name, knowing he was on camera everywhere in the place, tells me this was murder during a  sexual assault, just as  it  was with Natalee.  I don't believe anything  about her reading his computer, that was just him gloating over  his notoriety.  All this is  IMO.  But he is a real piece of  work and  I don't believe anything he says, he will always blame his victims. I pray he  is locked up in Peru forever, and the Dutch and Arubans are not able to "make sure he is being treated right". Why do they keep worrying over this psychopathic murderer.  Thanks for listening to my rant.

Greta has a british reporter on now who said he has spoken with a high ranking police official in Lima who has related it's quite likely Joran will be charged with first degree murder with very little chance for parole.

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is an article about Natalee and Beth in People Magazine.  If this has already been mentioned, my apologizes, I am still trying to catch up.  I tried to find it on the on-line version of People but I couldn't.  It is in the back of the latest issue and I didn't see it featured on the front cover.  I was in line at the grocery and was flipping through and found it.

There is a way to measure keystrokes on a computer to determine who typed.

there is also a way to identify pedophiles by typing. I *think* I read about that on the UK Mail website. I wish I could remember for sure which website. It's a new investigative technique.

But there could be enough evidence against him that they won't even need to determine if she was on his computer. His lies have already been determined.

If indeed Joran has a hobby of Criminal Law then he is toying with authority and that will pizz them off if it already hasn't.

it's not hard to place a deceased person's fingers all over a laptop. I would believe that evidence (should it exist) either way - me thinks.
