I heard early 4:30 am the Joran was doing a search on his laptop after he killed stephany he  was looking out to get out of this crime in Peru?

I hadn`t heard that... but it wouldn`t surprise me.

Paulus Van der sloot`s life? Just wondering.

You know, we can see that Stephany was drugged when following him to his room.  I'm still muddling, though, over what made her stay there 3 hours until after 8 AM when he went out for coffee.  Three hours is a long time to sit around in a tiny hotel room. 

Isn't it possible that she was killed rather quickly? Then he is the one who stayed for three hours in the room afterwards. It is more likely that he did something weird than that she did.

That's what I think happened-within minutes of the door closing he was beating her to death.   Her money was his goal.

Ono, I can't help but wonder if Stefany was drifting in and out of sleep from the drugs in her system.  She certainly looked on automatic pilot in the video seen of her following Joran to his room.  I would like to know if the date rape drug was in her system. 
I also believe he wanted her money - and sex. 

Some have said it took an overly long time when he left the room to get coffee.  I wonder if he went to check her car to check the contents, glove box, trunk, to see if there was any money there. 

Is it known if hotel Tac had a parking area?

After hearing Tim last night, I do believe this was in the area of those new houses that had been/were being built near the racquet club.  I remember for a time there was speculation that Paulus owned one of them?

Keep in mind - Deepak's car with Joran and 1 other individual was seen that night/morning at that racquet club pond area, by the Gardener witness, IIRC.

Knowing the specific house in Joran's most recent story was cleared back in 2005 with ground penetrating radar is good knowledge to finally have.

Jean Casarez on In Session reporting the new attorney held a press conference this morning & said he would ask Judge to suppress info Joran gave police because he was not represented at the time.

Also attorney claims SF borrowed money from Joran.

I was waiting for them to say he was not properlt represented when making the confession, it just seemed so Joran like...anyway..They have the video and forensic evidence...do they really need his confession to send him to jail?????? it's pretty much a slam dunk, no?

Said when the 2 guards were in custody.

Then she went from murdered to "disappeared" when Joran was the suspect.

He is the one that knows exactly what happened and he's still employed by the Dutch Government as is the Prosecutor, Karin Janssen.

What "evidence" did she use to bring heavy battery, rape and premeditated murder charges.

What evidence are they talking about?

Hi cece, I'm in the Netherlands and in the town where I live I can't get any of the major US-networks (we only had CNN and they replaced that by some stupid French network last year).
So that's why I'm looking for live online coverage.
