No I don't know

I suspect what will happen is Dr. Phil people will request the case be thrown out.  The judge may rule to throw out the case and order the Kalpoes to pay for the attorney fees and costs of the defense.  We have to wait and see.

Thanks Klaas.  I guess I have to hope that my initial beliefs in Paramounts reasons for going to trial with this vs settling are still correct - and they will do anything and everything they can to get 2K to the US and into the hot seat.

I found an appeal he represented in the US in the late 1990's but there were no details, just an online record of the date/case # for the appeal.

Appears he lives in Miami but is employed by the law firm of

I can't tell Sunny but I can tell you that there are more dutch articles already out there carrying his press conference allegations than US ones? Even dutch blogs??
