2.  John Kelly contacts Bo Bietl.
3.  FBI is contacted
4.  Bo Bietl is instructed to back out.
5.  FBI becomes involved.


Investigator Points Finger At Aruban Government

(Bo) Dietl, who was called by the attorney for the Halloway family in 2007 to work on the wrongful death lawsuit against the accused killer, told Good Day NY on Thursday that Van der Sloot contacted the lawyer in April.

"(John) Kelly was contacted by Van der Sloot who said my father died and I  want to tell you where the body of Natalee Halloway is buried," said Dietl.  John meets with me. I tell him this is an extortion set up. We contact the FBI office in Alabama. They tell him to tell me to back out,  we'll set it up. They get a warrant with the Aruba government. In a hotel room they give him $10,000 and they wire $15,000 in van der Sloot's name. In that room, he makes admissions he killed Natalee. He said she died, how he was involved with her death and how he got help burying her. The Aruban government did nothing for 180 days they could have held him but they didn't."

Dietl adds that the Aruban government should be taken to task for not holding Van der Sloot in custody after the extortion plot.

"Everyone is pointing fingers at the FBI. What about the Aruban government?  He made incriminating statements there. Why didn't they lock him up? How many others did he kill? He is a homicidal maniac."

Sorry about sounding like a broken record but Joran will not lead us to Natalee, never. Nobody is going to expend resources on another one of his stories.

I want the inmate bosses to get the truth out of Joran using whatever means they'd like. I want them to make clear to Joran that if the info he gives does not pan out as to where her remains are, then he will pay a mighty price. I think Joran just might give it up under thoses circumstances. I'm thinking Stephany's Father might be able to arrange that and might be willing to do it.

Someone will be more than happy to do this without Stephany's father doing much of anything.  They will want to win favor with him as he has that magic  word "influence."    All he has to do is explain what information is wanted.

I just hope no one offs him before he can talk.

The real FBI scandal should be that American consulate person, Jean something, who Beth said she saw schmoozing with the van der sloots when Natalee was missing.

She was transferred to Cambodia or Vietnam. I'm not sure if she worked for the FBI or the State Department.

Joran's ONLY hope of surviving 30 more days is to have Bert De Rooij call the FBI and tell them that Joran is ready to confess all he knows and everyone's involvement. That will buy him time in solitary as an international investigation is opened into the criminal activities on Aruba and in Holland - his co-conspirators.

This is all he has left. Or he is dead.
