The FIRST thing I noticed in that picture is the bed is made. Something is not right here

I actually think it is a reenactment photo, and that the one in the National Enquirer is the actual photo.

Surely that laptop was tested for the girls fingerprints,yes? If there are none on it belonging to her,we then have a different motive for the killing.The lady on NG tonight suggested that Joran was possiblt forcing her into oral sex which would be consistant to the bruising of both knees.The drawings of the injuries also showed heavy bruises on the top of her feet.That would also be consistant with this scenario.Just disgusting..

With Aruba allowing Joran to flee - it's more than apparent that it is their fault. And on so many more levels too. But all that aside - wanting his laptop now - really shows how stoopid they are.

No one can know exactly when this would all fall apart on Aruba (meaning the country and their complicity) but allowing that laptop anywhere off that island was always a risk. And one that they either overlooked, or did realize until about 10 days ago.

It has been reported that a small white leather purse was found in the room with her body.

yes it looks like. When I knew that she went there i was surprised because at that casino you don't see young girls.

someone said that they had not seen Beth since this all happened - no one answered. I scanned ahead. I saw her. She said that she wanted everyone to pray for Stephany's family, and some other stuff. I noticed that she was not speaking as she normally does. Hard to explain and under the circumstances - it's understandable. I can't really explain how she was speaking, but it didn't sound like her normal self.

BTW - I thought she looked very attractive.

Klaas posted a picture from the speech yesterday, with the large image of Natalee just behind her with the logo for the center. It was very poignant.

She was speaking with a very measured effort due to her emotions and her eyes were misty as well - in the south you swallow hard, choke it back and push through it. Steel magnolias.....but it was very apparent her heart was reaching out to Stephany's family and that their loss was a priority for her to remind everyone to provide their compassion and support.

I am not worried about his multiple confessions. He's just doing what he did before as that worked out for him. He is getting legal advice from those sleasy dutch and arubans.
I am not worried about him only doing seven years or some such crazy light sentence.
I am not worried about Aruba trying to get a hold of his laptop.

I have faith in one thing and one thing only and that is Beth.

I know Beth is in communication with Stephany's family and the Peruvian authorities. I know Beth is aware of all these details. I know Beth has their sympathy. If anyone knows JVS and the whole Aruban gang, it is Beth. I know Beth is taking care of business.

And the Flores family has been so very kind to Beth and concerned that Natalee receive justice as well.  For that I will be forever grateful.  May they find comfort in their grief and their graciousness always be returned to them tenfold!

Very sad especially knowing now she would be dead in less than 1-3 hours after this.

She carried her little white purse in her front jeans pocket. That's why we couldn't see it in the video of her walking into Hotel Tacky with the monster.

Looks to me like she has a wallet in her right jeans front pocket and a little white wallet shaped thing hanging from her belt, which she takes off and lays on the table. Maybe it is her sanitary pad holder.
