Last night at work I found out that there is a Polygraphers Convention in town.

Jamie Skeeters is one of their keynote speakers.

Wednesday starts my vacation and I was thinking of popping over there to see if I could meet with Jamie.

I'd like to see him go on Dana's show. That's what I want to ask him if he'll do.

I've already posted that I believe the Skeeters Tapes are for real ~ but that Aruba will not use them as evidence ~ they'll say that they won't because Jamie is not ALE ~ but the real reason seems to be because Aruba does not want to prosecute J2K ~ for whatever reasons.

Anyone have any questions for him ~ Anna ~ I hope you're around to see this post ~ I know you'd have great questions for him.

I think we are hoping the 60 day waiting period is a reason for the delay, we don't know that's the case.  I believe the judge actually has until March 2007 to make her decision.  Hope it's made before then

WOW....a year ago today.....it seems like it was just last month....I always tought that it so odd that  a park ranger found the duct tape with the hair...if it was so commom for windsurfers to rape duct their hair (I am sorry but I have never heard this anyplace else or seen it done andI lived on Oahu for 3 years) why did the ranger think it imporatnt enough to pick up and turn it in???  Red thanks for taking us back to this...please continue to this this.....

1. What, if any, bearing the tapes would have should the case ever go to trial in Aruba.

2. What he thinks of the apparent debacle/confusion about the tapes.

I have the impression that Holland, FBI, and ALE all have vetted the tape(s) -- I mean the entire thing, not the Dr. Phil, edited-for-length, tape.  

3.Who has examined the tape(s)?

4. What were the findings?

Or maybe these are things everybody already knows - but I don't!

klaas--I dont think there's any prescribed period within which she must rule.  If there comes a point when either parties' rights and expectations of justice are compromised by delay, they can file a motion to request a ruling and appeal to a higher court.

Re. the 60-day period - someone -- Appeals? -- posted that it would be 60 business days, not calendar days. If I'm remembering correctly. We talked about this last week, as the 17th was looming on the horizon.

TESTS THAT CAME BACK FROM THE NETHERLANDS SHOW THAT THERE IS NOTHING AS EVIDENCE. Materials were sent from car and apartment of Joran

(To look back on what went on in retrospect ... knowing what we know today is rather interesting.)

Anyone? thoughts? Opinions?

I doubt anything was actually sent to the NL that had any forensics value....I believe all of it has either been destroyed or is being held as security for someone.....the FBI darn well know what blood looks like and so do police officers...even in Aruba.....so whatever was actually sent to NL and our FBI was certainly not from deepaks car.

I can't help but go back to the discarding of the belt.

So nonchalantly they deemed it "too Old"...

I always had my suspicions, but right then and there when they tossed the belt, and when "bone" experts always seemed to be on vacation sealed it for me.

Coverup .  Corruption.

Amazing FP post about the new political party in Holland. Maybe Aruba is just the porn film studio for Holland. Better weather. Beach year round. It's very cold and damp in Holland much of the time. Maybe they need a warm-weather setting.

Hi Katz!   That is a great idea!! Hope you get to speak with him...I believe his tapes are authentic as well. Will you be able to sit in on his speech? Exciting ~
