How is Joran going to pay his legal fees in Peru?

He will write a book in which he tells his side of the NH and SF murders. Bet on it.

I am really looking forward to Greta's show tonight.  The whole Flores family has simply stolen my heart.  They are such compassonate people.

By the way, earlier today someone asked where the interview took place, Greta Wire has photos up, and it room looked beautiful.  I believe that is the Flores family/living room.  The picture of Stephany with the two stuffed animals has a rock wall behind it that is similiar to the wall with the fireplace on it in the interview posts that Greta posted.

Does Peru allow that..for an accused murderer to make money off of the tale of his crimes?

I am asking because I know little about their justice system.

What the Vegas line on how many days Joran lives?

http://www.gambling911.com/entertainment/no-van-der-sloot-prison-sentence-odds-bookie-steers-clear-060910.html

No van der Sloot Prison Sentence Odds as Bookie Steers Clear

A good bet:  The Over/Under on how many years Joran van der Sloot gets sentenced to prison in Peru and which of the Peruvian hellholes he will ultimately end up in.  There is, after all, no cable television and basket weaving in Peru prisons...well, maybe the later.

Van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway back in 2005, has confessed to murdering Stephany Flores in his Lima hotel room on May 30.  The talk over these past few days has been about what prison van der Sloot will ultimately end up in and how many years he will be sentenced to serve.  More discussion has centered around the so-called "Law of the Donkey", vigilante punishment in South American nations and whether van der Sloot will ever come out of prison alive.

For the online bookmakers, bets on van der Sloot's fate would seem like a given.  He has already made a name for himself in the world of online poker as an avid player, albeit after the murder, since he wasn't the most successful of players.  His attendance at the Latin American Poker Tour in Lima was just that, a spectator.  Organizers confirmed he was not registered to play.

At least one online bookmaker has told Gambling911.com they intend to steer clear of any van der Sloot bets.

"(We) usually want to stay away from death, murder, jail etc," Sportsbook.com spokesperson Dave Stanley tells Gambling911.com.  Sportsbook.com is the largest online sports betting and entertainment site targeting North America.

Stanley points to more friendly-family odds being offered by his company such as the number of strikeouts Major League Baseball sensation Stephen Strasburg will have this season and which team will win the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

My guess is his attorney will write the book based on his discussions with JVDS

Ah..but he has no attorney right now.  And when he does get another..they will try to remain as low profile as possible.  Juran is persona non grata in Peru right now.

Ewww..I think his first job should have been to go comando and clean those raunchy pants of his..since he does not seem to be wearing undies from his photos of pants falling down while being handed over to Peru form Chili, appears not to have washed or ahnged since.

I am angry that he gets to watch TV with the Columbian for an hour a day.  Too good for him.

Oh.. I am happy he does..the Columbian gets his way..he's been there longer.  And I think that the Columbian will come in very useful to the prosecution in the coming months.  I also think the Columbian may be horny..has not been with other prisoners..is looking forward to the bonding experience.
