[Northern Rose]

We just had company from a lady out of California checking on the lot next to us.Seems the Fakers were interested in the same lot,thus putting the squeeze on me in the middle.This retired school teacher was pizzed to say the least.She said they have destroyed all this beautiful property up here.
She got my email address and said she might be my neighbor before long......she is the owner of the property.  She says those guys are just too pushy.

Sitting back waiting on fireworks.My friend(?) next door will go crazy trying to figure out what is going on.She is probably breaking her neck to catch that little lady as I type.

Oh,she said she was gonna have her property surveyed and all this bull chit was gonna get straightened out.She had some choice words.I was giddy after she left.I told hubby if one of the Fakers next door approaches me about all this I will kick their a$$ back across the driveway and take my jail and probation like a real woman.    I mean really,even if she decided to sell her property to those idiots there would be nothing I can do about it.But she really seemed disgusted about the way they tried to push me around.All these lots except one are owned by women and the one man...well Faker don't count.

Just know we would all help out with the bail money if needed.   I have noticed since moving to Texas that the men seem to try and intimidate the women here. There have been times when I gotten "well little lady  where is your hubby on this"  It was WTH ?  Coming from Calif I just had to laugh but some of them really hate dealing with women. Like we are air heads. 

OMG if a man ever asked me where my husband was on an issue I would tell him that I have not checked as the restraining order and my probation from putting him in traction last time he disagreed with me forbid me to go near him but maybe he could catch up with him at the hospital and ask him himself.  Sorry , bad mood here as well, must be the stupid humidity.

I need Tevye's red boots, two letters later to that stupid broad who I guess doesn't know how to read, that darn cat is in my yard again. The woman needs a good kick in the azz, maybe then she will understand

I'm a bundle of nerves right now, just screamed out the window and told the cat to go home    

I am thinking maybe you should grab the cat and hold it hostage for a few days and see if she comes looking for it.  Hmmmm

No Rose we had a big issue with squirrels last year, had a pair that chewed their way into the eaves of the garage and lived in the walls, had 8 babies in there.  A neighbour down the road had one of his outbuildings go up in flames last fall and it was determined that it was a squirrel that had chewed through the electrical and cause a short.  So I invested in a humane squirrel trap and have been catching more cats than squirrels.  We drive them over to the humane society and they thank us.  If the cat is tagged or chipped they contact the owner to come get the cat and it cost $100 to bail the cat our the first time.  If they get the cat again a second time they do not call the owner , they put the cat up for adoption as they feel that they are not responsible owners.

There was a guy up here that would take a zip strap and put it around the cats neck along with statistics of how dangerous it is to have a cat roam free and any cat poop that he found in his flower beds in a plastic bag attached to the zip strap.  He was told to stop it but I understand his frustration.

Maybe, she has two dogs and a little girl also. I just don't want a cat or any pet at all right now, and I don't want to be mean. She is a very irresponsible person to say the least

I wish I could attach pictures as I would show you what the squirrels did to our garage.  It was hilarious when we finally got them out of the garage, they ate all the barriers out of the eaves and down into the walls.  We thought we had them all and the neighbour noticed the whirlybird on the roof and things sticking out and low and behold there were two squirrel babies that had gotten into the whirlybird. Tails and feet sticking out as it spun.  It was like watching a cartoon.  When the guys went on the roof with a empty garbage pail and took the whirlybird off and these squirrels tried to run but were so dizzy they would take three steps and fall over and looked like they were drunk.
