morning all!
Trimm..happy birthday to Sidekick! happy about the sale of the property...hope that it all goes through! a part time job too? lots going on with you!

JSM...good to have you back! wanna hear more details about your fella! sounds exciting as hell to me!!

We are on our way down to our condo in the Ozarks...typing on my laptop as we drive...We have 7 yr old grand daughter with us..her parents and sister are coming on Friday night...other son and his family getting there on Monday sometime..the Texas kids can't make it this year....will miss them..
lots of boating and fun in the sun .....so looking forward to this...

anyone have big plans for the 4th?

Love the Ozarks how fun!  We are going to Wisconsin for the weekend camping with family and fun, then on Tuesday we will leave from Wi and head out to Chicago for the Nascar race - we camp there with a group so that will be fun.  We travel right through Rockford Cookie.

Wow Mission, you have a busy week ahead of you! Have great travels and be safe.

Thank you JSM - love going to the race.  Nascar fans are such neat people, very family orientated.  We have camped in the same campground for 8 years now and have gotten to know so many people - it is like an annual reunion.

I can't sew either JSM.  Though my daughter asked me if I wanted to take sewing classes at JoAnns Fabrics to help keep her busy when her boyfriend goes to war, maybe I will. We are both not talented with things like that so it might get interesting. Update on the bearded dragons, it appears that a lady my daughter works with, her husband has some of those things as pets also  and he probably will watch them until he comes back from the war.

Wow that sounds like a good plan to me NRCG.   

The store is just down the street, it is one of the bigger stores, I worked there for many years in the office.

I'm sorry I think that I have it backwards about the dryer, but either way, it plugs in and has gas   

  Sounds like you do have a gas dryer then No Rose. 

Then why does it also plug in, nevermind     Next I will be asking how exactly day light savings time works, and the last time I asked that question, the person I asked went into a half hour talk about it, and I still don't get it    

I have never understood why we even have daylight savings.

Yes Cookie in Joliet - we stay at a beautiful farm in Manhattan - Paul and Mary's - we were at the race together a few years ago then because we go every year .  We are driving from Wisconsin.

That sounds like fun Mission.  Sure hope the weather stays nice for you. The only traveling I will be doing is to the store.  The kids are getting all excited about the 4th so they can shoot off their fire works. It will be fun to have them here with us this year. Daughter is surprising them next Friday and taking them out to Calif for a week to see their other grandparents and dad. I am happy for the other grandparents they have missed them something awful. The dad no so much. He is a jerk. So will have a weeks vacation at home.

That is going to be such fun for the kids, awesome!!  you are right you will have a vacation too.

Just the estimate today, but he will probably do it Friday, my husband is home. I do not want to be home alone with these adventures anymore    Sounds great, I really would love to help, I could do all the clean up, I'm good at cleaning up     Have a fun day at your parents.

If it does, we will put a claim into the home owners insurance, which we don't want to do. I think it will be okay with this guy, and did I add he doesn't paint    So when it is done my husband will have to paint

  Plugs into the wall for the electricty to run the dryer, the heat is powered by gas. At least I think that is how it works. Don't ask me, I am clueless about appliances as you are. 

Now you explained it too me simply, thanks    I need people to explain in simple language. I have no knowledge on how anything works, I just take it all for granted, and don't want to learn how things work    I have to get some confidence built up again, after the last few days, I'm afraid to do anything.

JumpForMyself.com  is what I am watching right now on a commercial. Women are jumping on a trampoline and talking about bladder leakage    no lie. Some kind of exercise or something to control bladder leakage, some little thing you buy to help control bladder leakage. I have a lot of problems, so far that isn't one of them, but I'm sure that will come knocking soon   

Errr uhm wouldn't most bladders leak if you jumped on a trampoline and your bladder is full?  Oh goodness what next.

Even though I believe Kyron's step mom at least knows what has happened to Kyron, there is something about Kyron's father Kaine, that makes me very uncomfortable. Can't pinpoint it, but something is off to me 

I know what you mean - it is odd and I find it sad that the boy was sent away because evidently him and Kaine locked horns. I would think they would be able to work things out as a family so he did not have to leave. 

What adult and teen has not butted heads, if there is I would love to see that  Something is off with the both of them if you ask me, I just don't like the looks of Kaine, he gives me the heebie geebies.

I totally understand No Rose. That's why before I take my car to a mechanic I have a friend look at it first to see if he can fix it and then if he can't he will go with me just to make sure I am not getting messed about.

The whole thing is odd to me. From the step mom to Kaine. They have been so many stories from the start. I find them both odd. And not being truthful.

I agree. I would be interested in knowing why Desiree felt compelled to leave Kaine when she was pregnant with Kyron?  You really have to wonder about that.

Sounds like you will have great fun. Nascar fans are like family, I used to go to the races but it rained every time I went so I stopped
