My daughter just called me all excited about a job interview she just had for a really good job at the Marriot Hotel in Fort Collins. She has had a lot of experience with customer service, and this job sounds so suited for her. My daughter and I sure would appreciate prayers that she gets this job. She will hear on Wednesday. I watched Casey in court today and as soon as it was over had to run to the store and get stuff for the 4th. Of course I made oldest grand son go to help. He wasn't a happy camper. Made him push the cart how mean of me. LOL His sister has a friend over and he was doing what brothers do bug. LOL Was we caught there he was fine. Teenagers are so fun.

I couldn't believe bozo complained about casey having no privacy. What a dip he is. I loved how the judge told them that they could record and the Sheriffs would be there during their inspection of the evidence. Another NO.

Thank-you, she sounds so excited about this job, and about a thrift store there where the both of them got such bargains on clothes and shoes and bikes  LOL   Teenagers can be so moody, I don't know about boys, but girls, wow  LOL  I'm sure they are getting all excited about the 4th, I know that I did when I was younger, now it's bedtime before the fireworks ever begin  LOL  Maybe this year it will be different. From our balcony we can see them from two different cities, which is nice and you can watch in pajamas.  I swear watching that hearing today, you can just see the entire defense falling apart. I sat here when the judge was talking to Baez just laughing. The judges voice got rather low, almost like he was doing everything in his power not to blow up at him. What does he think, Casey should be special and have privacy?  LOL  What a joke.

He has been separated for over three years, there has been no contact with her for that long. She has a boyfriend and wants to marry him, he wants to marry my daughter. Only problem is that pesky little problem of still being married. I swear they both think it will magically happen, I just don't get it. He has a lawyer, she doesn't, so get one and get this done. I get frustrated seeing mistakes, but like you know it just doesn't pay half the time to speak.  Your nephew sounds like a good kid, I'm sorry he and the little one have to be mixed up with all this also. Just hope your sister makes the right decision.

Does the wife even need a lawyer? My ex didn't have one, I did but maybe it is different there. I understand your frustration and will keep them in my prayers. Yes, the oldest is a good kid and smart at that. Always has been my baby. I hope she makes the right decision. I haven't talked to them today, but did look at the jail log and he was still in there as of 7 am : )

Hello Monkeys, last night was pretty eventful and I couldn't stay in the cage. Sister's husband went to jail for punching her. I was up until 1:45 worrying like crazy. So, sorry if I am behind I have loads of work to do today. Have a great day and HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh goodness gracious JSM you must be dead tired.  Was your sister hurt bad?  OMG that is awful.  I feel so bad for the children.  I hope they are ok emotionally and physically. 

Thanks Mission, I am tired. She wasn't hurt bad thank God, but like the police officer said it will escalate and he had already been out there two weeks ago. My oldest nephew hasn't stayed there in a while, I call him the hobo going from his dad's to my mom's. Sister and baby were at mom's last night. I'm sure she will be home tonight. I am beyond disgusted right now.

JSM I hope they can get back to some normalcy for the children's sake so sad things have to be like this.  I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you Mission for your prayers. I hope for normalcy too, she is just so beaten down. I will see them sometime this weekend and the SOB better not show his face.

A very difficult situation JSM, glad he went to jail, but I just hope your sister doesn't back down with pressing charges. Unfortunately this happens a lot. I of course don't know your sister, but if she is anything like me, it may be best to back off comments to her about all this. Sometimes what happens is a person get's stubborn and annoyed by it, and will do the opposite. Please don't take this badly, I sure would never intend to do that, just thinking this may help. But you know her best, so what ever you think may work, do it  HUGS   Going to eat supper and will be back.

Oh No Rose, I would never take it badly. I know exactly what you are saying. That is why I just keep my lips zipped and tolerate the SOB. I didn't tell her what I overheard him saying to someone at the pool about my oldest nephew. Broke my heart that he would say such a thing. But if I said anything to her, she would not have believed me. Have a great supper and see you real soon. : )

Very difficult, and what a shame that he is saying bad things about your nephew as well, what a jerk. Unfortunately that is sometimes the best, keep your lips zipped and tolerate, but at the same time it is very difficult to do. When I bring up questions about my daughter's boyfriend and why he is still not divorced after three years, she clams up and doesn't want to talk about it. It is always, I don't want to talk about it. That's why sometimes it is good to just blurt out real loud what ever point you want to get across, and leave that person later to think real hard about it. I don't know what to say, just that some people want to make things work regardless of the situation, and don't want to feel like a failure. And he sure isn't going to change his behavior, therapy is a good thing, but that doesn't work for some people, period.

Yikes, I am glad you press the subject at times, I would do the same darn thing.  When my daughter decided to hold off on getting married I asked many many questions as to why, never got a good answer, or should I say one I was satisfied with but I finally did get one after months of asking, she likes someone else.  Uggggh I wanted to ground her for the rest of her life. 

Good morning Mission. In a big way be glad that your daughter realizes that now, before she got married, I don't blame you for being upset, I can just imagine how I would go off. I just want this guy to finally get a divorce, that is all, I don't doubt his intentions for my daughter, he is the best thing that has happened to her, I hate to say that. And I have been vocal about him going to Afghanistan in two weeks. Matter of fact she and I got into an argument over it yesterday. I said, he doesn't need to go because of his knee, but he is anyway, for that darn money. I told her think about that, please. I just have to give up I guess.

No Rose I pray for your daughter's bf going to Afghanistan. I hate to think this but I wonder if that is why the wife is dragging her feet to get a divorce?

Only problem is that pesky little problem of still being married. I swear they both think it will magically happen, I just don't get it. He has a lawyer, she doesn't, so get one and get this done. I get frustrated seeing mistakes, but like you know it just doesn't pay half the time to speak.  Your nephew sounds like a good kid, I'm sorry he and the little one have to be mixed up with all this also. Just hope your sister makes the right decision.

Does the wife even need a lawyer? My ex didn't have one, I did but maybe it is different there. I understand your frustration and will keep them in my prayers. Yes, the oldest is a good kid and smart at that. Always has been my baby. I hope she makes the right decision. I haven't talked to them today, but did look at the jail log and he was still in there as of 7 am : )

Good I'm glad he is still in jail. I don't know JSM about the lawyer, but thankful about the info you just gave me, you had a lawyer, he didn't. The marriage was in Georgia, she lives in Georgia. Another question for my older daughter to ask her when she calls her. I gave her a list of questions to ask her sister innocently, and give me the answers  LOL  Your family is in my prayers.

JSM that is one answer I have gotten, my daughter's boyfriend does not have her listed on his life insurance with the military. My daughter actually saw the papers in his room and looked at it, and his grandma, mom, step dad and dad are listed. I was thinking, I know awful thought, that if she was on the life insurance she may be hoping he gets killed over there and she will get the money. I'm sorry, I just don't trust people, and haven't for a very long time, and don't like being this way, but it is what it is. I don't understand why this kid is going over there and his knee is injured, and I personally inside is mad as he!! over this, I can't help myself. It makes me so mad, he is doing this for his money that he gets for being a medic. My dad asked me, if he cared that much about her, you would think he would get out of it because of his knee. My dad got me to really thinking about that, but of course I have to shut up.

Well, the handyman blew us off again. Ironically a neighbor got locked out of her house and came over to use our phone and we got to talking, she gave us a card and called the handyman that they use, so we will now be calling him, sure hope he works out.

Thanks for the prayers No Rose, it is a good question to ask her. Heck when I was in court, there was a girl that had no attorney and got it all done through books at the library (this was before internet) now you can go to websites and do wills, divorces, etc so sounds to me that wife is dragging her feet.
