Bananas are high in potassium but I'm not sure what else if. Trimm, never fails when you are putting out mulch or bark, always need more bags, I can't tell you how many times we had to go back to get the right amount. Man that heat is awful, and here we are cool, which scares me, when the heat comes it will be bad no doubt.

LOL  Thought about you and the rubber mulch!I am just working on the side of the house.I need probably 20 more bags for the lake side of the house.I'll wait a while.I like to work on that side in the fall when you can see the water really good.
I couldn't tell you how much mulch my neighbor buys.she uses tons of that stuff.The Armadillos got in mine the other night after I spread it out.Big no-no.They will have to go!
Now,will this post go through?

One of my son's takes

T5 to T9 Pan, he got if from a chiropractor who tested him for dosage. He takes it before each meal, said it has done wonders for his IBS. His is dietary (dairy) related and I am sure job stress related also.

It is not that I know of over the counter.

Also Food enzymes I have heard helps, taken prior to eating.

Might check Herbal remedies if prescription meds are not working.

The squirrel is so cute in there, poor thing, how do I get out.  And the bark settles, with rain also, then I need more to fill in. Never ends.

Thank-you, I have tried some herbal and over the counter meds as well. Sometimes I take extra xanax to help calm down, and it sometimes calms down my stomach as well. When I was pregnant the first time, charcoal capsules was what the doctor told me to take for that and acid stomach. That did seem to work some. Yes, stress is really a big factor with it. If I didn't have family issues all the time that might help also.

I see a lot of women around here in those burkas. Why, I mean why do women wear those outfits, religion? And why do they wear them here? I'm not understanding that.

Thanks, I have this strange little thinking that goes on in my head, that whatever country you are in, perhaps you should dress the way that country dresses. Just one of my pet peeves, along with tons more. Don't mean anything by it, just how I feel.

ITA No Rose, I see them all the time around here. Niqab, Hijabs, Burkas, you name it. I don't mind seeing Indians in Saris or Sikhs in turbans, but the things muslims wear are degrading to women all in the name of religion. (sikh's turbans are in the in their religion, but is not meant to degrade a woman, which burkas do). JMO JSM

No Rose, I know nothing about IBS, I wish I could help you. The only thing I can do is pray for you sweetheart. Even my stepdad doesn't know about the drugs because my sister has it. He is a real doctor, but only puts you to sleep.

I am not telling the kids about the property deal until I get it finalized.Granddaughter is gonna be upset because that was a little spot where she and her dad spent time.I think she will be o.k. after I tell her we are getting closer to starting the wiener dog business.LOL
Sidekick just wants to be with me so I am in the clear with him!
I just got booted out of the cage again.Geez,and again before this post went through.

That is an awful temperature. Hope your husband takes a lot of breaks.

I made him promise to drink lots of water during the day.

He also has been eating bananas, since his legs have been cramping from the heat.

The bananas worked last week, but not this week. I should see what else is high in potassium for him.

Brandi, tonic water has quinine in it. Tell him to drink some of that and that should help the leg cramps. Prayers for him. I hate leg cramps, get them all the time.

I don't think there are, just change in diet is what my sister was told. Have they tested you for celiac yet? That is what they thought she had. I think hers is related to stupid husband stress.
