On JVM, I think it was Karl Penhalt (sp???) who insisted that Joran's DNA was takne in Aruba.

Well, it was!  Then lo and behold!  The judge's order disappeared from the file for JORAN ONLY, not for the Kalpoes.  Blood had already been drawn and Karin Janssen supposedly personally took it to NL herself without order from the judge making it illegal and got it thrown out. 

Then immediately Paulus was told not to come into his office--right beside Karin's whre the order disappeared--any more. 

My conclusion was that Paulus stole the judge's order out of Joran's file only, but tnot the Kalpoes, causing Joran's DNA to be inadmissable should it ever go to trial.

How do others remember that mess?

Bottom line is that no, there is not supposed to be any DNA for Joran on record.  And being Aruba, they didn't just get the missing order and take it again that we heard of as any normal place would do.

Can anyone else add to this, clarify and correct?  It's been a long time to remember.

We have not herd anything from our little Hindu's from Suriname, Depecker and SatishKabob.

I am not sure what that means..

Other then some Internet Rumble there does not appear to be anyone on Aruba concerned in finding Natalee or solving the crime accept for Dave.
I love Dave but he has just a little too much God in him to get answers in this lifetime.

Beth has plenty of God in her and ARUBA is fearful of her as she is unstopable.

I kinda like that..

CANDIOTTI: That's right. We're expecting at the very least a ruling from the judge about one in particular. And that is a motion filed by the defense attorney for Joran Van der Sloot. He is trying to suppress a DNA evidence that was collected from his client sometime back. Of course, it's already been taken, but his challenge is based on his argument that it was taken illegally, that the judges never should have allowed that sample to be taken, and since it already has been, he doesn't want it to be possibly used against his client. And the judge's ruling will come out on that tomorrow.

KING: And if he disallows the DNA samples, what then?

CANDIOTTI: Well, then, the authorities wouldn't be able to use the sample that they collected in court, if he is ever charged in this case. And if, in fact, he is ever brought to trial.
