Buckeye posted in the last thread:

Anna

Found this in the form:

3. No person found guilty of or pleading guilty to forcible sodomy or an attempt to commit forcible sodomy shall be granted a suspended imposition of sentence or suspended execution of sentence.

-----------

Yes, there seems to be a provision for everything stated in their laws.  I think that this will prevent some activist judge from giving any light sentence as we sometimes see.

This and all the publicity the case has received.  I also wonder if the judge can impose the life sentence because of the multiple victims.  I think that would be best for this man as he seems too aggressive and should never be allowed near children again.  If I had my way, he would not be allowed to breathe again.   Confused

Also note the law states more severe punishment for children under twelve being involved.  Most states I think have this provision.   Guess he picked the wrong age to start molesting, too bad!   Evil or Very Mad

How about the rare and elusive JuJu Beans found only at movie theaters?  Not sure if I liked them or associated them with going to the movies.  Also that is not the correct name I am sure but only one I know for them.

And will bet most know what I am talking about.  Movie candy seemed different from what we could buy other places.
