In my research that I have been doing and helping someone personally in private, I have put a theory together of my own that could be a possibility. Ofcourse it is all speculation, theory, and assumption on my part. I like to write everything on a poster board, make a list of possibilities and have an illimination of process. Thought I would share this with all of you. I had sent this in to a private investigator about a month or so ago and he said that this was very good information. And funny also, after my conversation about the radar with my friend then turning it in to the PI, 3 days later Aruba had a big article write up about their radar failure problem. LOL
Anyways, read and share your opinions on this theory as well.

I have been speaking with someone from Aruba for a couple months now. And
every now and then he says something that I put two and two together or
attempt in piecing some of the things he says that may or may not connect to
Natalee Holloway or maybe someone involved.
FYI, this person said that the radar to detect boats coming in and out of
Aruba does not work, and the radar that detects the airplanes only works
sometimes. That they are suppose to work, but don't. They won't ask
Netherlands for the money to help repair them because it will put them in
greater dept owed to the Netherlands. LOL Yeah, easier access to
trafficking he means.
This young mans name is XXXXXXXXXXX. I have read an article in the
past about Aruba being involved with the Mafia or that the Mafia is in
Aruba. Mr. Jossy Mansur's name is heavily involved as are the Arends. When
I showed XXXXXXXXXXX this article and he said it was all BS and became a
little upset. Then I continued to read on down the article and found those
of the same last name as his. I asked him if they were relatives and he just
said....I have a very big family....and left it at that.
This is the article. The first part of it speaks about Aruba then the lower
half talks about Aruba once again. Anything inbetween does not really
pertain to Aruba but leads up to the why's and how's of the Mafia being in
Aruba and such.

Arends. Jossy Arends and Sarah Arends-Mansur. So that leads me to think
that the young man I speak with is related to Jossy Mansur in some way or
possibly an Aunt is married within the Mansur family. But what I am getting
at that they may be involved in the Mafia or even the disappearance of
Natalee.
I have a gut feeling that Jossy Mansur is involved in the disappearance of
Natalee Holloway. I truly do. I feel he had someone take her off the
island. As we all know, Jossy Mansur is the one that came forward with the
witnesses, no one else. The gardener, so it was said, he was following and
watching Joran Van der Sloot for several days and that night Natalee
Holloway went missing. Perhaps this gardener was the one Jossy Mansur had
take her off the island and Joran Van der Sloot is involved in helping them
target the girls for the sex slave market. As well as the reporter that
works for DIARIO, Jossy Mansur's employee. The man who claims he followed
those that were holding Natalee Holloway. Instead of telling the FBI where
she was or the ALE or even maybe the Holloway-Twitties. Does not make any
sense to me why keep it quiet of her where-a-bouts. Beth said he spoke with
her and said he was following. Just does not make sense to have someone
storm in and take them all under arrest and save Natalee if this was true.
Like an under cover opperation.
Other reasons I feel Jossy Mansur is involved is the way he tries to act as
if he is helping Beth being forthcoming with his help...ect. Although it
may appear that he is in attempt to help, what has he really truly done to
help? Nothing to come up with real proof other than placing the gardener in
a place showing he saw J2K at a given time to dispute the boys placing full
blame on them for Natalee Holloway's disapperance.
Ok, my friend stated places that he and his father had gone to recently to
visit which Jossy Mansur owns. Punto Fijo is the small island off Venezuela
and Aruba. Between the two. I asked XXXXXXXXXXX what was his reason
for visiting the island there. He said that they have a small house there
and sometimes go fishing there. I find it odd when Jossy Mansur and his
family owns this island, basically. As well as the article mentions Jossy
Mansur has business on the island of Margarita. Another island off of
Venezuela. Where money laundering, escorts, and trafficking of drugs...ect
are all on these two islands. Mostly Margarita.
There is also this information from a poster off of BlogsforNatalee. I find
it interesting. It all makes sense to me. Jossy Mansur has ties with mafia
and cartel both on Aruba, Caracos, Caruceo, Punto Fijo, Margarita,
Venezuela, and Columbia. Here is the information from the site.....I hope
this helps and I hope you truly look into this information or possibly pass
it on to someone who would take this a little serious. You never know, the
obvious sometimes is right under our nose and we don't even see it.

June on Political Teen one blogger there who knew Joran in fact this person
could see Jorans house on the day they raided and said "oh now they are at
Jorans fathers house. He will not be happy".This was before it came on the
news. This person professed Joran to be innocent and felt that she would be
found alive. Person blogged as Nan and used to make short one line comments
and struggled alittle bit with english I think. One of the comments he or
she made was simply Isla Margatrita. When asked what was meant by that this
person responded with Margarita Island. Then some little thing about people
traveling there from aruba sometimes. Later on one of the last comments that
Nan made was " it wont be long now" next day Political Teen was hacked and
the site went down. Later when all the tickle profiles were being talked
about and viewed by everyone I saw a person in one of the pictures and links
named Pajoul Nan. I asked Nan if it was her or him if that was him. Never
got an answer and then the person named Nan never posted again to my
knowledge. Later on someone tried to imposter as Nan and said she was a 17
yr old female. However this person was not the real Nan. I wondered about
this person. This person seemed so positive that Natalee would be found
alive. Also that Joran could not be guilty of this. Caught much flack back
then. I know its just all third hand speculation but this person was so
sure. Like saying you will all see. It will all come out. Stuff like that. I
wonder what is the story about this Isla Margarita. If it is only
approachable from venezuela then maybe the smugglers are the only ones who
can come in there from aruba. I wonder just how deep of an investigation L E
in Aruba did into the friends and contacts of Joran and the kalpoes. Maybe
the investigation is getting close now. But how could anyone get in there
now this is so public. It might be a bad thing that so much attension has
been placed on this all if she is a sex slave somewhere. It is good to keep
the pressure on Aruba to solve the case. But Dr Phil broadcasting every move
they make trying to find her can't help her if she is being held. The 3
still could be in on the whole thing. But afraid to tell. I would be if I
knew people who made other people disappear. It would explain alot of
things. Knowing they would never find a body on Aruba. Plus being completely
silent."
