Yes my Cousin Puma,I believe that after the ghb and reward rapes to k2's,the serious show begins.MDMA(ectasy,a dutch drug import),ritual degrading and a sleepy,confused release on the the beach area,like ole jacobs said.I believe freddy film various acts on X,additional rapes,and probaly things I don't want to think about.I believe that NAH fought back at the vds house and was badly beaten,by guido and joran.She could not be released in that condition,so a larger drug dose of maybe ghb ,gagged and bound,then she died.jmo  cat

Their story was that a Holiday Inn security guard was with Natalee after they dumped her at the entrance and drove off.  Interesting...what does

Jamie Carrasquilla - Witness Statement - June 17, 2005

On May 29th 2005, between the hours of 16.00 and 19.00 (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm), I was called by Joran on my mobile phone with the phone number. Joran had asked me whether I wanted to go out with him that night. He told me that a few American girls would go to "Carlos & Charlies" and whether I wanted to meet up with him there.

Joran's  June 9, 2005 statement
This was according to me until 21.30 to 22.00 hours. I went to walk around in the casino and after that went to the "Blackjack" table to play blackjack. While I was sitting at the table the girl "Natalee" that is missing now to the blackjack table together with her friends.

That is prior to Joran meeting up with the girls at the Blackjack table.  So Joran planned all along to go.

It sounds to me that the judge recused himself and transferred the case to another judge to rule on.

 it looks like it has been transferred to a different depatment. I wonder if this means a different Judge or what?
Or just one more money maker for the Lawyers. LOL

I went to Blogs for Natalee and read the student affidvits but they are not 302s so not much there.

Thanks Bleached for pointing out that statement from Watson about Natalee asking Anderson to come meet a couple of guys. I bet that was Joran and Deepack.

I don't for one second think Jossy was involved in Natalee's disappearance.  He has always been outspoken about the MEP and even was taken to court and had to retract some statements about Oduber.  Jossy has been HT family friendly.  He tells us what is going on whether it pans out to be true or not.  At least we get the info.

Jossy's family has been involved in illegal activities.  Two of his brothers were arrested by the US for drug smuggling.  That does not make Jossy criminal or complicit in their activities.  I remember reading somewhere that Jossy was trying to straighten out the inheritance of many businesses in the US, and was at odds with his brothers and many else in the family. Some of the businesses were illegal and Jossy was trying to legitimize them.

Also, Jossy is the owner of the newspaper and writes the editorials.  I don't think he manages the Diario on a daily basis, as he has his hands full with all the business concerns in Aruba and in the USA. As far as the Columbian boy that was found at the rocks in 2004, how can he remember every person that is written about in his paper?  As far as the Arubay video of the rocks, perhaps the official word from the authorities were lies, and that is all anyone could find out, so that is what Jossy passed on to us.

To me, Jossy is an ally. He has dissed ALE, J2KP and Taco frequently, and kept Natalee's name in the Diario.

Joran seemed to need a friend with a vehicle that night.   Jaime has a father who works at the Wyndham and who Jaime drives home at 11 PM (but not that night).  Jaime knows Stephanie Brokhouwer (why are the police asking him that?)  He knows she lives in Moko and he calls her "Joran's girlfriend".  Where is her statement?

I don't want to think that Jossy is involved negatively in Natalee's disappearance. I REALLY don't want to believe that. He has appeared to be a helper and a friend to Beth.

So did Julia Renfro, for a few days.

I have always tried to remind myself that, as admirable and upstanding as Jossy may look to be to us, that he is a Mafioso with strong connections to some of the seamiest activities on the planet. FWIW, I cringe about the "help" Beth has gotten from Joe Mammana, too.

I go by the abundance of evidence and all the things that he has said in Beth's behalf over these long months now, and I believe that he IS, INDEED, a friend to us and to the case... but I would not claim it with 100% certainty.

I think that NOW, when things are slow and we need someone to step up to the plate, he could act once and for all to dispel any questions we may have with some kind of decisive move to help the case along. Will he?

"A family searches for a larger home in Aruba with an ocean view."

This might be a good chance to get a view of Aruba for those of us who haven't been (and don't plan to go).

P.S. I AM 100% convinced that Jossy had nothing to do with Natalee's disappearance or the coverup.

Could this be a prearanged meeting that was mentioned to meet "two guys" that Joran was trying to set up? When JC fell through he then asked the K's?
As mentioned the plan to drug was likely already in place as it had been practiced before.
