Good Morning Monkeys,

Hope you guys are having a good day.  I am ready to go bananas here. Late last night about the time you got up Trimm.  I went into the kitchen to get a drink and heard what I thought was water running. To make a long story short my Frig went and it was the frig defrosting. I moved everything I could to the my other frig. If I hadn't gone out I would have lost everything. I did lose some stuff. Dang it the thing is only 3 years old.  What else could go wrong. Am waiting for hubs to notice.

Bless your heart.Lets just run away.At least you didn't lose everything.Fridge was not vbery old.I hope nothing else goes wring today for you.
I am so sick of attorneys I can't stand myself,plus the emails back and forth about the property...not sure what is gonna happen there.so I go outside to cut a little grass and cut down an old bush.Thought I could work off some frustration.
Meanwhile hubby is tormenting sidekick and then they locked up the keyboard on my laptop!They have since ran to a corner because I am hot ,dirty and still frustrated.LOL

That is the best suggestion I have heard all day, let's run away, I'm ready, and not picky about where we are going.  I'm sorry for all your frustration, I'm doing the same thing you are running outside doing some work, running back in. I've been changing rugs all over the house, throw rugs, don't even know why, just something different. At least sidekick and hubby are enjoying themselves  LOL

Just bought new fridge,dishwasher and stove. The price of appliances have gone out of sight! I remember buying a side by side with water and ice in the door and wine rack for $500.00 this time it cost $1,800.00.....Rediculous and the extended warrantee was $500.00.
Here in Alabama they had a program sort of like cash for clunkers. If you bought enegy star appliances you got a rebate but you had to get rid of the old ones. I got $150.00 for fridge and $75.00 for the dishwasher..no rebate for stove because I switched to gas.

Way out of sight, and the extended warranties on appliances is very costly. A person can't win.

The temps here are horrible. The dogs are laying around the house like road kill. They go out to do their duty and are banging on the door almost immediately. I felt so sorry for the donks that I set out the hoses from the barn and have a mister set up in the field for them. Thank heavens they have a lot of shade from the trees but it is still awful.

The heat and humidity just does it in for people and animals, hard to want to do anything when your are so exhausted from the heat.

I have just learned a valuable lesson....Do not lay out a hose in a donkey pasture!!! I went to see how they were doing and they were playing tug of war with a destroyed hose. There was water running everywhere and Lumpy was soaking wet and decided to take a dust bath. My gawd what a mess.
Note to self:Think things through before acting!!!

That sounds good to me. I am with NRCG I don't care where just any where away from here.  I am sorry you are frustrated with every thing.  It seems it's everyone. Oh I think it was smart of them to go outside after locked up the keyboard on your laptop. LOL

Brandi (my dog) would be eating the ice cubes, not lying in them.

She loves anything frozen. Found that out years ago when I dropped a frozen french fry on the kitchen floor. Now, whenever I get anything frozen (veggies, fruit, ice) out of the freezer, she gets one of them.

It looks like everyone has gone for the day. Update on Fridge, got hubs to pull it out and check the coils. I am embarrassed to say they were so covered in dust they couldn't cool anything and shut it's self off. Hoping any way. We cleaned them off and plugged it back in and it's cooling down. Will see what happens tonight. I know we have a lot of dust here I am always cleaning the ceiling fans. Never thought about any thing else. I am pooped tonight. They still don't have my car fixed. Seems they got the wrong part and now they have to order the right one. Why is every thing so complicated. LOL

Daughter made it fine to California the other grandparents are thrilled to have them with them for the week.
