  Thank you all for your prayers and wonderful posts of encouragement and love. I am playing waiting by the phone now.

As soon as I have word I will let you all know. If all went as scheduled she should be in recovery or close to it or whatever they call that place they send you after an operation. I find the waiting the hardest part, I keep checking the phone to make sure it is working lol.

Thank you all so much, I can not express enough what your posts have done for me and I know for my Mom.

Art:  I woke up this morning and said a prayer for you.  There are many here who are praying and sending good thoughts your way.  I pray for a sucessful operation, that God will guide your Doctors and a speedy recovery.

I got up earlier than usual this morning thinking about you.  Prayers will be offered all through the day for your successful surgery and speedy recovery that is coming your way.  Take it easy and know that lots of good wishes are coming to you at this very moment.

hello all,
  Artcolley's daughter again,

 I just got a call from my Aunt, my Mom has pulled through the operation fine. She is in ICU and will be moved to a room I think tonight. They will be doing another MRI to make sure they got everything. Evidently when they got in the brain there wasn't any bleeding going on. Which I find curious considering what last week's angeogram (sp?) showed.

 I do not have very many details at this point, but the most important thing I know, and can share..she is fine  and went through it all like a trooper!

 When all calms down there I am hoping my stepdad will call so I can ask more questions.

 I will share whatever I find out.

PS I kept busy reading all the posts in this site..wow! no wonder My Mom finds it addicting and loves you all so much. I found it all very insightful and all in a very caring atmosphere, no matter what the subject matter. Lovely site. Well done you all . Now I can't wait to get cable for my comp and join lol

Great news!

I knew she'd come through the surgery like a trouper!  Now all she needs is to get that laptop set up in her hospital room and she can start posting from there, lol!  Laughing

The fact that she is a wonderful person comes through in her posts, and I know everyone was sooooo worried for her. Thank goodness all that is over now and she can get on with recovering and spending more time with us. Please tell her again how much we love her.

We are so lucky to have ACs daughter keeping us up to date, and it would be great to have her as a monkey also.

Arts Daughter, Thanks for keeping us updated.

I wish Art had had time to teach you this before her last surgery. She just seemed to drop out of sight and we wondered why.

Hopefully the recovery from this one will be much easier.

My prayers are staying with you Mrs Art. Hope to see you back here soon.
