Stephany's youngest brother, Ricardo Flores Junior, age 20, arrested in deadly traffic accident.


Ricardo Ramírez Flores Jr. (20), brother of Stephany, the girl who was killed last June by Dutchman Joran go der Sloot, was arrested at the police station Casma, Ancash, after his truck hit a motorcycle driven by Wilmer Núñez Ojeda (34), who died on the spot. The accident occurred at 19:35 pm on Thursday at kilometer 384 of the Panamericana Norte, in circumstances that the son of Ricardo Flores racer "rifle" was driving his truck modern AIB-226 from Trujillo to Lima. It seems that the darkness prevented the young driver, who was accompanied by a friend, noticing this rider. The tax Casma, Gladys Hinojosa, Ricardo Junior denounced for the crime of manslaughter and was released as above.

Wreck,  I certainly hope your are correct.  This has just made me ill that they are still at it even in light of Joran's recent atrocities.  I guess Aruba thought people would have forgotten enough of the details and so now would be the time to try to do a total revision of the events.

I think Joran put a real kink in their sick plans to tra Natalee and gain sympathy for Joran.  Otherwise I believe it would have totally been much worse.

They are making themselves suspended in time in denial of what really happened.  I hope as things develop in Peru and the contrast in what Peru does and what Aruba failed to do become more apparent, that Aruba will be given the blame for Stephany's death as well. 

They deserve it so badly.  If only they had acted in a civilized manner instead of going so all out to protect one of their own, Stephany Fores would be alive and Joran would have been in jail whre he belonged.

The government and local citizenry of Aruba, the posters at these horrible websites supporting the vDS family are as guilty of Stephanie's murder as Joran.  Their hands are bloody.  If justice had been rendered in the case of Natalee, and all the moneywhores for Aruba had not gone on the internet bemoaning the sad fate of Joran and falsely denigrating the character of Natalee, Beth, the MB kids, et al, then justice would have prevailed.  Having turned Joran loose and giving him the license to do as he pleased and feel that he could kill with impunity, he struck again.  If Anita and the hacks from Aruba are able to loose him from this, multiple murders will occur.  He was raised to not have a conscience, like his mother.  I am sure she will make up any kind of lie or weave any story to keep her brood from looking like the scum of society that they are.

But I also remember an article -- can't remember which paper -- iirc, Red posted it on the front page. A 'pyschic' of some sort. It was an eerie article. She was sensing crying and running. The picture from the article showed a house (maybe the clubhouse? -- or maybe a private home) and the golf course. And for some reason -- I'm remembering 'baby beach'.

Can't remember if it was a psychic -- or a 'viewer' -- but it was some form of paranormal investigative technique. Not even sure the psychic was ever on the craggy rock. Or if the psychic was part of the '$ misinformation campaign $'

Raid at Foxy Lady due to human trafficking

ORANJESTAD — The Public Prosecutor (OM) announced late yesterday afternoon that the raids and arrests at strip club Foxy Lady regarded an investigation into human trafficking. Supposedly, the strippers were forced to work long hours and were held against their will.

Justice is reckoning with a criminal organization and not precluding further apprehensions. At the time of going to press yesterday, the OM did not wish to elaborate on the facts of the raids and arrests from amongst others, manager Alex Mathew. In total, four persons were apprehended last night amongst whom also a police officer who worked as security guard at the strip club on his off days. How many strippers had been exploited, remains unknown for the time being.

According to the OM, officers of the Organized Crime Section, the Criminal Investigation Cooperation Team (RST) and assisted by the Royal Military Police are investigating ‘exploitation forms of dancers’ in the strip club. Justice suspects the dancers had had to work too long in one stretch for too low a wage ‘under socially unacceptable circumstances’. This supposedly also involved a ‘situation of lack of freedom’, in which the dancers did not have the possibility to resign and to leave. Therefore, human trafficking, according to the OM. “As human trafficking belongs in the duty package of the RST and the Military Police, they were both involved in the investigation. Both had supplied criminal investigators,” says a spokesperson from the OM. The case got moving after one of the dancers had filed a report with the OM. The investigation was started approx. four months ago. However, Justice does not think there was a question of forced prostitution.

Money
During the raids, also in Mathew’s residence, one searched amongst others for the administration. His SUV was also confiscated for investigation. “Perhaps the latter contains more items, for example an USB-stick with information.” The Officer of Justice confirmed that money was found, but could not say how much and at which raid location. For that matter, the OM does not wish to confirm or deny that one of the detainees is a police officer. Otherwise, the Officer of Justice did mention that John den Boef, director of Foxy Lady, is not a suspect in the case just yet. Before this newspaper, Den Boef himself denied he was aware of the alleged exploitation practice in his club. “I am not actively involved with the daily affairs of Foxy Lady. I do not know what happens there in the evenings.” However, Den Boef did not wish to say what his precise role is within the company. “That is between me and Mathew.”

Justice further announced that there is no investigation into other strip clubs on the island. “The OM is not entrusted with the supervision thereof,” says the officer.

Human trafficking is a term
It means to move a body from one nation to another.
A person can volunteer to be moved under the term Human Trafficking. Just like many Mexicans who seek out "coyote" to help them get into the united states illegally.

Aruba is misusing the term and I do nt trust Aruba at all.

I want to know where these gals came from and I want testimony or interviews of the victims and exactly what happened to them and the names of the culprits if there are any.

reign on the prostitution on the island.  The brothels were all out toward San Nicholas

It was said that the girls were brought in from Columbia on a three month work visa
and at the end of their three month stay, they were returned to Columbia and another

Kyle Kingman: The Persistence had no divers on the 7th. Tim Trahan was our diver on the 30th-Dec, but he was out of the country at the time. The Aruban divers were on the police boat, dove from their boat, and returned to their boat

Kyle Kingman:  Jan 7th we sampled the contents and in my opinion we found the skirt under the sand along with the other items The blue fabric was found right where the skirt is pictured. If it isn't her, it will forever haunt me as a major cosmic WTF

Kyle Kingman: The fabric(s?) are not visible on either the Dec 29th or 30th dives. There is about an inch of sand over the fabrics. The fabrics are completely covered. The diver sampled the sand and found the fabric underneath the sand. He then bagged the blue fabric. If the other bag contains fabric, it was also in the sand.

Kyle Kingman: In my opinion, the blue fabric is quite possibly Natalee's skirt. The divers found the denim where I suggested a week earlier (Dec 29th) to Tim Miller that there was likely Natalee's denim skirt under the sand. Also in my opinion, the deni-like fabric is a match in terms of color, quantity, and structure to Natalee's skirt.

Kyle Kingman: I get done in the survey room backing up the ROV dive and head to the back deck to talk to the Polis divers and see what they sampled and see the Polis boat way in the distance heading away fast. John doesn't seem concerned at all, but I am very dissapointed, concerned, and burning inside because I have a feeling that I/we will never know what they took from the trap. That evening I talked to John asking when we plan on recovering the trap. Previously this was part of the talks and plan, but this time he doesn't seem concerned about ever looking into the trap further. After John verbally BASHED me about the trap for what I said to Tim Miller about the sand body-form and that I believed her skirt was under the sand, John pretty much committed himself to the belief the trap wasn't what we were after. This shocked me because it was exactly what we were looking for- a fish trap lost at sea with human remains.

Kyle Kingman: John is not a believer in the trap. He took ALE's word as gospel that it wasn't case related, yet never studied the videos or bothered to inquire further. He had plans on doing business with Aruba and in S. America and he didn't want to hurt any feelings by talks hinting at lack of complete trust and friendship. I did not feel the same and we had a major difference in opinion. He was the one who never pressed ALE to be completely open with us with the trap evidence. I would have forced them to. However, John was the one paying my invoices so I was forced to sit back and hope for the best.
