Contrary, to initial MSM reports there was no settlement, although it appears the case might have had a conclusion. Little Haleigh is not forgotten, and I'm glad to see her name back out there in the news.  As for Misty, I hope she keeps talking.  Maybe, just maybe there might be something that can be gleaned from it.  Haleigh's been gone so long.

Bless you Heart for taking the time to bring us HaLeigh news!  Thank all of you who do this.  I'm still logging on SM twice a day (before and aft work) looking for our babies' names to be highlighted just hoping that it is they were found.  I'm happy any news is coming out I guess.

It is so sad that this man, known to be a danger to children, was released, yet again to hurt another child.  When will America get that these monsters can't be released back into society, once they have been arrested.  It is bad enough to know that before pedophiles are ever caught they have usually hurt scores of children.  Then they re-release them to do it again. 

I don't believe this is the guy who hurt Haleigh.  God knows that she had enough evil lurking around her without a stranger having to come into her home to hurt her.  However, all the attention that this man was given, he should have been one of the most well known sex offenders in this area and he still found a way to hurt another child.  Our justice system needs to wake up!
