Brandi, I know you don't think so, and I totally respect that.  I'm asking, in all sincerity, what else could have screwed them ALL up this bad?  It has to be something, maybe not this, but something. 

I am just on the fence as to whether any molestation did occur.

Not saying it didn't, not saying I believe it did. But I see it as very much a possibility in this family.

Fair enough.  I don't know if we'll ever know the truth, and in some ways it doesn't matter, but there are so many things that it would explain or disprove.  I can list so many reasons why I think it's possible, but I'm not 100% convinced mainly because kc is such a liar.  Heck, they all are, but the biggest selling point for me, at the moment, is that they never tried to get child support or welfare or SS for Caylee.  Knowing they are all about $$$ it just doesn't make since.  The only explanation I've ever read that I would consider a possibility is that JP Chatt is the father and that kc got some sort of settlement from him or his family.  Nothing else has made sense to me.  Even though I could see cindy being all controlling and not wanting to share Caylee, I think kc would have applied for assistance since she was always stealing money.  That leads me to the most likely candidate IMO, GA.  That would keep her from applying for government assistance to keep the paternity a secret.  It would also explain how kc seemed to have something "over" her parents and why they put up with her lying and stealing.  Just where I'm at today.  all MOO

IMO, the parading a very pregnant Casey in front of all the relatives at brother Rick's wedding says volumes ... exactly what, only a psychiatrist could decifer, but to me, one thing it does illustrate is that CinCin wasn't above trying to humiliate her own daughter in public, which is very unkind.  Not for a moment do I believe CinCin was genuinely ignorant of her possible condition.  Surely, she had serious private questions in her own mind, just as a woman to woman type thing.  Who wouldn't?

LOL, actually if I didn't know any better, I would say that Mason is either a) checking his fly to make sure it is closed.  b) sleeping or nodding off cause Bozo is so boring, or c) Thinking about what he is going to have forlunch. 

Bozo is the end all Bozo for me, but this guy is a very close second.  I have never seen such stupidity.  I do not understand why a judge does not whip their hineys. 

I swear they are setting behaving this way so that when Casey is convicted and gets life w/o parole, a new lawyer can come along and ask for a retrial for ineffective counsel.

I am not as up to date as others are about the players, other than the immediate ones, but if this is the guy, it is just par for the course with this family. Everybody that comes into this mess just adds more to the crazy mix.

Question though, who did the PI DC think was going to pay him?  He had to know that the A's did not have money, and did he expect Bozo to pay him?  I don't get any of these people. 

Will those emails from PI to whoever about Bozo getting 200,000 or whatever, ever come back to bite Bozo, cause didn't he say he made no money off Caylee?

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Former meter reader Roy Kronk, the man who discovered Caylee Anthony’s remains, has given the state documents that he says prove his innocence.

Kronk’s attorney said Casey Anthony’s defense was foolish and irresponsible by going on national television and proclaiming Kronk a potential suspect in Caylee’s death.

Kronk gave receipts to prosecutors proving his whereabouts the day before he found Caylee’s remains.

Kronk was off work that day, and Anthony’s defense team previously suggested that he took the day off to orchestrate the discovery of Caylee’s body.

Kronk said the clutch went out in his car that day, so he had to be towed to a Sanford auto repair shop and wait for hours of costly repairs to be completed.

Receipts were given to prosecutors by Kronk’s attorney for both the tow and the repair job.

PB was discussed early on and I found a LOT of connections to some serious underworld of porn, drugs and a lot of other things. They did put up the reward, but it for ONLY for a short length of time and ONLY if she was found alive. It was through one of his exotic car dealerships. I got into that so deep that even I became a little paranoid because these people have some serious underworld connections.

In reading those emails, I can't believe how snarky Bozo was with DC, talking about not having time to pat people on the back, etc. And he wasn't paying for this man's time on top of it all!

And going back of Cindy's insistence that she and KC be BFF, I remember the time when KC and some other female (either Annie or Tracy) were sitting on the couch and KC was talking about that song by Sevendust (Ithink that's the name) and how she could relate to it. Cindy joined in, and listened to the song and said that song held significance for her--it related to her feelings. KC piped up that it was HER song (or something to that effect). It seems like Cindy wanted always to be thought of as KC's peer. She would put herself in the middle whenever KC seemed to be having girlchat with another. She even joined in the slumber party with KC and Annie Dowling when KC was first bonded out. I don't think she would have cared watching Caylee if KC was working. Seems like the only times she got on her Mother role was when KC was out partying and Cindy knew it. She was jealous! She couldn't understand why KC would want to spend free time with other people when she could be spending it with BFF Cindy. I think that's why she got sooo mad when she discovered pix from the anything but clothes party. She had thought KC had been working that night. She was furious because she was jealous. Cindy is jealous of KC still in  many ways. That explains the digs in the letters. And the strang choice of clothes she picked for KC to wear to court originally. Ill fitting and frumpy. And now she wants to outdo KC in the hair department. I'm sorry but a middle-aged womans bleached damaged hair will never look like a 24-year olds (no matter  how greasy it may be).

No one ever won and some "people" reported it to the AG office to have it investigated. I don't know what happened on it or if they are all tied in to the arrests and investigations on the link I just posted.
