Her fathers name is Donald Lee Spicher, I said he was a sherriff, not the sherriff. He is the lake cop that works the mountain lakes in the area.
He is a good man, this is giong to kill him, he has heart issues.
I havnt had much contact with Dede in the last ten years, we both live here but about twenty miles apart. I was close with her as children, she was the frist girl to kiss me, I know cousins/ Joe dirt jokes comin.

If that is him he is NOT a sherriff and the cousin is not the cousin..

In my searches I did see a reference to a Sheriff Spicher.  I'll see if I can find it again.  Sometimes I get side tracked.

This comes less than 24 hours after word came down that Terri’s friend, DeDe Spicher, hasn’t been cooperating with investigators. Reportedly, investigators have looked into Spicher and other friends of Terri.

TY now that all makes sense to me.

So Terri may have been in cohoots with some very bad people...that she thought would be quiet due to their illegal status?  And I have wondered if she had started or at one time self medicated with cocaine.  For many bi polar individuals this is the drug of choice.  Most bi polar individuals love their manic periods..it is the one thing they miss most once put on stabilizing meds.  Could she have stopped her meds to get that mania back..and met a whole slew of new friends?  Plus it helps with energy, weight loss and that eternal high that bi polars love.

Investigators put pressure on Terri Horman's friends

PORTLAND, Ore. - Investigators are increasing pressure through search warrants and polygraph testing on friends of Terri Moulton Horman, including Dede Spicher, a woman the family of missing Kyron Horman accused Thursday of not cooperating with investigators.


According to multiple sources, investigators are questioning those who were closest to Terri Horman, especially after the restraining order was issued near the end of June.

One woman, who is moving out of a home in Tigard, said she underwent a polygraph test and had investigators come to her home with a search warrant within the last week.

Kyron Horman latest news: Jaymie Finster speaks about her friend, stepmom Terri Horman (see video)

Although Finster said that Horman was to take a second polygraph this weekend, at the time she was interviewed she did not know whether that had taken place or not.

“She understands that they need to do a thorough investigation and that she was the last one possibly to see Kyron and they’ve got to be thorough… but the Internet blogging and all the speculation is really hard,” said Finster.

Kyron vanished June 4 after he attended a science fair with his stepmother at Skyline School. Horman told authorities the last time she saw the second-grader was at about 8:45 a.m. that morning as he headed to his classroom.

According to Finster, Horman is a devoted and loving stepmother who’s been in Kyron’s life since he was only three days old.

To read a flyer distributed by authorities asking several questions of those who may have been at the school on the day Kyron vanished, including inquiries about Horman, click here.

Kyron was wearing a “CSI” t-shirt and black cargo pants when he vanished.

How do we know that Deputy is her father..couldn't he be an uncle, cousin, brother, no relation at all?
