The family is in a heated debate, this has blown up all the GLP doom right out of the water, I've woke up quite a few of them.
But we all hope somehow it's all just her trying to help a friend, or something. And the family has been in total agreeance that Dede needs to spill it no matter what happened, this has to stop, here and now.

Her biggest fear in life was to let down her daddy, she is the apple of his eye, and he is right there with her as a daddy should be.
But he is a sherriff, and a very honest man, and if I know Dede she will lie at first because she knows his heart might not take this, the whole family is worried about uncle don.

She is goin before the judge Monday, and she is not talking to anyone now, but I think the truth is about to break wide open on this case, Don will see to it, even if it's his last case.

How do we know that Deputy is her father..couldn't he be an uncle, cousin, brother, no relation at all?

Other than a few things matching the "cousin" said we don't yet we are trying to see that the "cousin" is who he says he is, sometimes it works and we get a positive link and sometimes we don't.

Spicher declined to answer questions from reporters Friday as she raced out of her house and into a waiting car driven by her father. Her father, who identified himself as a sheriff’s deputy with the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office, also declined to comment on the accusations from Kyron’s family.

Thank you OS.  So he identified himself as  a Deputy which makes more sense as he is not coming up as a Sheriff in Klamath.

On the Klamath County Sheriff's Office there is a Org chart

It shows two deputies as Marine Deputies.  The article posted about Deputy Spicher indicated he responded to a boat capsizing so I am thinking he is a Marine Deputy.

Hi Klaas,  Jonesr's saying she's going before the judge might have just been an expression.  I was called to testify once in a GJ and there was no judge in the room.  There were about 8 or so citizens seated around a big table and a Moderator who gave each person a turn to ask their questions.  It is the result of their findings that goes to the judge.

I'm in the process of digging into dede and her family right now... I putting it in a work thread as I go along... feel free to use it and go from there.  I'm one person and I can't do it all that quickly, but should have some reports done up tonight or tomorrow ...

one thing I have run across though is this and it is probably nothing, but I'm making a note of it and if anyone has the time they can go from there to see what is there.
