It sounds like things will take off early next week. There is a blog that two of DeDe Spicers cousins are posting to. One gives good details of her personality and his sister backs him up. I'm not sure how long it takes a grand jury to indict, but from those blog postings they will be talking with Ms. Spicer Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Spicher's father, Don Spicher works for Klamath County - the same county that took the lead on the expanded search for Kyron.

However, the sheriff there assures us Deputy Spicher is part time and only works summers for marine patrol, and had nothing at all to do with the search and rescue operation. Even so, "he has to be very careful that he's not walking the edge, helping his daughter potentially avoid apprehension or in anyway hinder this case," McCain said.

We spoke to DeDe's cousin Saturday. He said his uncle is an honorable man who DeDe looks up to. Her cousin said that if the deputy asked DeDe to cooperate she would.

MY COUSIN HAS JUST BEEN IMPLICATED IN THE KYRON HORMAN CASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from my cousin last night, he said his sister Dede Spicher was in the middle of this whole thing.
From what I can get from the huge buzz in the family is she has been friends with the step monster for a while, most of the people that knew Teri Horman say she is a psycho.
It would seem that Dede was working in a garden with another friend in the Hormans neighborhood, she left at about 11:15 and was unaccountable for about an hour and a half, then returned.
Dede has been accused by the father and the bio mom of Kyron of texting Teri Horman giving advise that was not conclusive to finding Kyron and to help cover Teris ass. UNF'N BELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!
This is going to jury on monday, I will keep GLP informed.
The wierdest part is I live in Portland too, and this case has held my attention from the very start, my sons name is pronounced the same way but spelled different, really creepy!
The wierd thing is that she is not cooperating with the police or investigators, her father is a sherriff in Klamath county, and a member of search and rescue. They helped look for Kyron.
Now he is there with her, and they are not talking and lawyer ing up.
Family or not, if she is an accomplice, and the media here is painting her to be just that, she needs to pay the maximum penalty if guilty.
I wonder what's in the garden, and if it was Dede that was seen following Teri at high speed out of swavie island. If so that little boy may just be found in the Columbia river.

I thought it was odd that the "sister" (Jonesrzsis) on that forum asked who Desiree was.

But I have suspicions that Tom, the first cousin, is probably, indeed, a cousin of Dede.

Well, I just remembered that it was reported early in the case two cars, one ID as Teri and a blue explored were seen zooming out of Suavi Island. The day of the disappearance. Dede drives a blue explorer.
This is not good.
The poster stating that Dede and Teri are gingers is on to something also,
I know she doesn't much care for kids, and never showed interest in meeting my three.
Dede was a very spoiled child, and never got as much as a lecture for bad behavoir her whole life, I lived with them for two years while in HS.
She is very selfcentered, and a narcisist. ( can't spell that one)
it's terrible to say about family but truth is truth.
IMO she is way more involved than we know yet.
I hope I'm wrong, I wasn't bout the gulf chasm and Matt simmons.

Is there a court hearing on Monday? Anybody know? Would a jury convene or a person have to appear in court just to be implicated & named an accomplice or suspect? Not that I know of...usially the cops take care of all of that...? If this is factual, what could the "trial" possibly be about set for Monday? Maybe the poster has his terms mixed up? Also, who is Dede's lawyer? One thing I do know, a Grand Jury would convene to deem the evidence overwhelming for trial. I believe ClayCat posted the same thing on this thread. Could that be what JonesR is talking about...the Grand Jury convening?

I posted this on GLP because the world is watching, and things kept seceret repeat. I've responded to almost all the threads that were about kyron. I slept on the decision to even bring up my connection to the case here. But this is important world wide shit, and I mean shit.
For the record I will not accept any offer for a story.
The poster that quoted Dede; that's her 100 percent, I could have read that on a random piece of paper and know who wrote it.
I found my self with the inside scoop on this, and I'm a GLP r.

Tom has been away from the family (I believe) for 10 years or so. Please correct me if I am wrong. This may be why the Sister

Not a wrestler, just happen to be a GLPr who found himself on the front line of a story being talked about here. I have no intrest in any other sites or any kind of recognition. Just telling the story to you guys.

I think a hearing determines a trial...but people are mentioning a Grand Jury, so if the GJ is convening then it's to determine if there's evidence enough to take it to trial...so why would Dede jave to go before a judge on Monday (if that's the case)? In my opinion, if she really goes before a judge on Monday, then it's to determine if they have enough evidence on her to hold her & charge her with "whatever"...accomplice, or somebody with second hand knowledge after-the-fact but maybe she held it secret so as to protect her friend/expartner. This person is the real deal. I sure hope I'm not double posting anything...I haven;t gone through all the pages yet...

The family is in a heated debate, this has blown up all the GLP doom right out of the water, I've woke up quite a few of them.
But we all hope somehow it's all just her trying to help a friend, or something. And the family has been in total agreeance that Dede needs to spill it no matter what happened, this has to stop, here and now.
Her biggest fear in life was to let down her daddy, she is the apple of his eye, and he is right there with her as a daddy should be.
But he is a sherriff, and a very honest man, and if I know Dede she will lie at first because she knows his heart might not take this, the whole family is worried about uncle don.
She is goin before the judge Monday, and she is not talking to anyone now, but I think the truth is about to break wide open on this case, Don will see to it, even if it's his last case.
