I wish someone had a cattle prod to get me away from the computer, need to do at least three more cabinets in the kitchen, fold towels, and arrange somethings in the yard.

I know my closet is not finished yet.
I have to push myself to finish. And I'm sure it is very hot and humid where you live.

Mission I wish we were all closer to help with your clean up. Thank God no one was hurt. Did they say if it was a tornado or not? I know 4 Donks had damage in her area they said was from straight line winds. But since people lost their homes I would think it was a tornado.

Wish we all could help at Missions and 4 Donks, don't know what kind of help I would be, but would be glad to do it. And then we could sit around a campfire and drink and tell ghost stories

Some of their creations.  My backyard looked really funky with 12 tie dye shirts hanging on the lines.

LOVE IT!!!!!  Love how the crawfish idea just happened to happen too.

Good morning everyone.  Going to try and catch up.  But the first thing I see is Conway quit?  Wowser now that is a bombshell.  What took him so long?  I will have to head over there.  We are about half cleaned up at home, I can honestly say this is the first time I have looked forward to coming back to work.

I hope everyone is having a good day.
Hope you got a lot done on your property, and again so sorry that this happened, must have been a tornado  Glad nobody got hurt  an angelic monkey
Thank you NoRose, I have to believe it was considering how many barns and buildings that were completely leveled, it is unbelievable.  I appreciate your thoughts and prayers and as you say the blessing is no one was hurt and our home is still standing.
an angelic monkey I saw on the news this morning, and it appeared that someone around the area where you live took a video of what happened with the tornado.  Just horrible  I can never comprehend the damage that a tornado does. But I sure know how it is too lose trees that you loved. The day I was born my grandpa planted a tree in my parents yard, and when I was about 35 years old, the tree was completely uprooted, and hit the neighbors house next door. My mother was devastated, even the local newspaper came to take a picture of it. Then they planted another tree in its place.
I bet your mom was devastated, that was very sentimental to her I am sure.  I certainly understand her tears, I cried too, it really does hurt to loose pretty trees.  an angelic monkey
It sure does, so I have an idea how you feel  an angelic monkey  We also lost two birch trees, which are my favorite trees. It is amazing how trees can be just uprooted
To ironic NoRose but we lost 2 birch trees too - my favorites!

Thank you Cookie.  I think they turned out great.  They all loved them and wore them the next day when Mom's showed up. It was a easy way to keep them busy and out of trouble    My lawn is none worse for wear either.

Trimm, no way are those two losers going to get your lake access

I'll blast that rock bluff off the hillside first.   Monkey Devil!
Seriously,I am gonna just let the lawyer do his thing and I am gonna stay out of trouble.   I promised my mom yesterday. Then I will see where the road takes me.

i am so excited about JSM!!

I told you my story,  I shed a lot of tears over that because he was so mean to me and kept sending fines (which were all thrown out) and I didn't know where to turn.  I went to the meetings and the committee didn't know what to do.  It was horrible.  The point is, there was one fence post off a little, and they had been trying to tell me the whole fence was 20 feet off.  They were wrong.  I wasted all those tears over nothing.  I am not excusing him for being a real flat out azz wipe.  Just that I should have trusted what I knew.

Please relax and let your lawyer do his thing.  These people are bullies and get their jollies off of pushing people around, especially the disabled and women.  Maybe you should tell them you are considering giving up the property and have them come down and take a look, then hold their head under the water, they wanted water front, didn't they?  j/k  Things will straighten out.  Maybe Mission's storm will come and transplant them somewhere else.

   That's our Bearly!
How can you not love our Bearly.  I'm workin on sending that storm their way!

Mission what a shame, birch trees are so beautiful.  cookie I will take your cool air please  I'm so sick of following Caylee's case, that little victim has been lost, completely lost in all of this ridiculous antics. I so hope she gets justice, but I'm not going to hold my breath on that. This has to be one of the most ridiculous sham of our judicial system that I have followed.

It's only suppose to last a couple days, but I know how that goes, before you know it a week has gone by with the heat.

Mission I wish we were all closer to help with your clean up. Thank God no one was hurt. Did they say if it was a tornado or not? I know 4 Donks had damage in her area they said was from straight line winds. But since people lost their homes I would think it was a tornado.
Awww GreenEyes you are so kind.  If you came for clean up we would do about 5 minutes of looking at the damage ooooing and ahhhing and then we would sit in the yard with summery beverages, some music and watch the man crew work.  They haven't officially reported anything but local paper here today speculates it was Tornadoes and straight line winds depending on where you were.
