JSM - you are so adorable. Your photo's you offered are priceless. I am so happy for you. JSM, I wanted to offer you some places to view for your Wedding. These places are for " Small Gatherings" nothing of extreme ..yet are so beautiful. All inclusive with so much to offer - all you have to do is show up. Bring your gown and tux.  How Easy is that?  Very unique and amazing ~ places though.  Never to be duplicated is one thing I would want for a wedding. I have talked to both of these places in my past, both offered incredible customer service - answering all my questions.  These were two of my choices when I was engaged.  I chose them on my own, not for you to find them a omen of uck. I found them, and conversed with these ppl.. held it to my own, did not share it with groom ( was my Dream fantasy what I wanted) The big wedding and all the PROM stuff ..not what I desired. I would never want that/my personal feelings. I though wanted something Unique and incredible.  So these were two places that have always stuck in my mind. I wanted to share them with you. 
I so love the Butterfly Hollow. It's just so amazing to be in all the nature I guess. They offer packages from 1200.00 on up: http://butterflyhollow.com/elopefortwo.htm

The Casa Morada is unique as well. It is a very small Hotel/ 16 suites total. It is separate from all and everything. It rests on the ocean, its very private. If I recall " children are not allowed" its Adults only.  I was told that a wedding package that included: The Service, music, flowers, photos, video, drinks/food - with 2 days - 3 nights stay- One night in the Honeymoon Suite - was 2200.00. The honeymoon suite/most expensive Suite goes for 800.00 a Night all by itself without a wedding.  The site has changed, they made it more impressive with very little cost added: now is 2900.00 http://www.casamorada.com/sunset_package.html

I found all the places in Vegas, all of them. Places that were practically back alleys. YAY -No.  Which is where my Wedding was finally booked. Vegas. that never took place. http://www.littlechurchlv.com/ That is where my Wedding was booked for a evening wedding. ( I was not paying for it or contributing, UM why should I?, I was punished for attempting to make plans, I was told to make a list of places within a amount /budget- by Groom boy, that I was to present everything to him ~Because he had a ghetto scam artist that worked with him that could cut a deal on the airfare/hotel cost ~ make it even cheaper ( shaking my head) even though he made over 90k a year * not kidding ...Can you say run run run on my part. We did not marry. Wedding was booked, hotel, airfare all paid for in advance- something came up (over and above the screech of wedding plans) that I found out about him - and I walked away. With Good reason. I have NO Regrets! None. If only my Monkey Sisters knew - you would all have my back and more than likely throw glitter over my head - because I used my nugget. He screwed me over hard after I left him,  Long story. I am so though thankful,  - that I never tied the knot with him.  Vegas and its theme of " Short lived/what stays in Vegas ..blah " is not my ideal place to start a marriage, not a first marriage, at the age of 35+ .. just my thoughts. And it's so damn cheesy once you understand their weddings - policies etc. The only one place I found that was worthy near Vegas was Lake Tahoe.

All good things are coming JSM's Way! -Remarkable things came out of reading on JSM's Cage  The other night... First I found TRIMM's post of " Boy's of Fall - Kenny Chesney" ..and then I saw JSM's post that she was engaged.  I said/replied to Trimm I cannot wait for my Indian Summer. The next morning I woke up and it was balmy and beautiful here. Like it was heaven sent. I opened up all my windows, for the first time in many weeks, It was so so wanted and felt ~ the balmy breeze inside and outside.  I cannot even say how much It was wanted /needed. And JSM, shock of all shock - I found my engagement ring yesterday, I had tucked it away, found it total mishap ( hid it on myself) had not seen it in years. It's a beautiful ring. I did at one time hate it, now I don't. I don't think I will ever wear it. The ring has no fault. Was strange though that I found it.  Those two things that happened after I asked for Indian Summer and said congrats to you, I feel it as all good is coming your way JSM. Signs of beautiful things to come.  I do believe. You know me as the music monkey. When I was 4 yrs old, I was given a metal box that was filled with 45's/records most were Motown. I played this song over and over -  This song is for YOU JSM ... Dixie Cups. Which is kinda cool because my best friend of years- her 5 sister-in -laws sung this song at her Wedding reception accapella - and brought the house down - she remains married today 24+ yrs later.  I find it a song of Happiness no matter what.

Girls! I found the neatest thing today..Actually I heard about them on GMA this morning..and I had to go find out for myself..they are called Jeggings...I bought mine at Target but you can buy them at Walmart and all over..they are leggings in jean material, they look like the skinny jeans but they have the stretch that holds you in...then in the winter they are easy to tuck into boots cause they are skinny at the bottom..super comfortable and really cute on...anyone would look cute in these pants! I bought 2 pairs but I might go back and get some more colors if they have them..I bought the dark denim and the black ones..really cute with the blousy tops that are popular now...try them out!

Cookie I will try posting more pics tonight. Glad you liked them. ITA with what you said to Brandi, I hope she comes back here because I and other monkeys miss her when she is away!! I haven't heard of those jeans but I think I will have to get me some before winter. I need new Uggs before I go to Chicago this winter.

Not this time! 
Cleaned the coils and I think it needs a little freon.This downstairs unit has always run smooth.I am crossing my fingers.
Upstairs unit,well it is a pain in the hiney.It needs to be zapped!,shot,and rolled off the hillside.    Fixing to replace it.
This always happen after the extended warranty expires. 

Poor Trimm. I hope it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get fixed.

6 are down, cut and stacked, branches and limbs are in the burn pile that is now as tall as the Empire State building.  We are going to have one heck of a bon fire this fall.  Forecast for today is severe weather rolling in this evening, I am going to keep my fingers crossed no high winds as I am afraid with all the rain we have had this summer the ground is so soft that it won't take much to topple more trees.  I am definitely getting my exercise.

If it means what I think it does how can that be allowed when she has a felony record and is currently fighting a felony charge in Gabriel's case?  OMG my blood boils about Tammi Smith like does with Cindy Anthony.  I just cannot believe that EJ has gotten away with Gabriel's disappearance, seriously it really blows my mind.

Me either!  Move on.org is pushing a Target boycott up here because they donated money to an organization that promotes supporting businesses and Tom Emmer our Rep candidate for Governor also happens to promote this organization.  Dah, isn't that what we should be doing so now instead of going to Best Buy I am going to go to Target, the more they try to boycott them the more I am going to shop there.

I was going to comment on your post a fews days back about the snake you had in your driveway, but I passed out and couldn't comment.  Just kidding, but I get panicked and light headed when I see a snake, I don't know why but I cannot handle them and I am a country girl born and raised.  I did not not know they had snake repellent.  This will be on the hubbys Fleet Farm list next time he goes. 

Mission I am the same way, can't watch them on tv, see them in the zoo and one time one chased me and Josef down the sidewalk he went into the bushes. That was the last time I ever walked Joe out at night by the creek.
