4 Donks..he was very patient and he hardly ever complains but I can see it in his eyes when he doesn't feel well..he went back and forth to the dentist and the doctor and neither could find anything..the periodontist had a fancy prancy x-ray gadget that can literally do like a 3D of your teeth..that is how he found it..wish hubs would have done this sooooooo long ago..I was ready to pack his butt off to Mayo clinic to see what the heck was wrong with him...hopefully we are on the road to recovery now...

Wow, he sure is patient, and how he hardly ever complains with a headache for that long. But I have to say years and years ago before the kids were born, I had a headache that literally lasted a year. They did tests, and one of the tests was putting little needles in my head and testing God only knows what, while I slept. Went through all this BS to find out I had stress headaches. Heck I could have told them that without all the tests  After awhile you just more or less get use to the headaches, like they are a part of you. That is why now when I get headaches for days on end I panic because don't want to go through that again. But now when I get them it is all sinus headaches, you can just feel it in the nose and ears and forehead.

I guess I've been lucky and really haven't been sick. Well there was that pesky little cancer thing but it didn't make me sick and I never got sick with the chemo . The only discomfort was the 3 surgeries but nothing bad. I would be nuts dealing with something painful for a full year

you never got sick from your cancer or from chemo??? boy are u lucky that you didn't! having surgery has to be very uncomfortable!
hubs had prostate cancer surgery 1 yr ago this month..he is now cancer free...no chemo or radiation ...yet...hoping that he does not have to go through any of that...fingers crossed...that is the first time that I have mentioned on here that we went through that last summer finding out, and then the surgery...but we went through it together and we are happy with his recovery...xxxxx

You were very lucky not to have been sick with the chemo and not bad discomfort from the surgeries  an angelic monkey After awhile the pain just becomes a part of you. But I can take a lot of pain, don't like it at all, but seem to have a high tolerance to it. I just keep myself busy and try to work through the pain.

I'm sure he has stress headaches also, and combine that with sinus headaches it gets ugly. He is a trooper.

It is frustrating, and the boyfriend of DeDe is now posting over there, he has his own thread in the forum. As well as Heather/Jasmine who owns Rosemont Farm also has her own thread.

yes..I followed those for a few minutes last night...not sure what to think of all that...I have suspicions when relatives/friends etc.come on the forum ...my hinky meter just goes crazy...guess from the early days in the Haleigh thread when that AnnaFl said that she was Marie's cousin...I saw right through her..and then the Dolce thing...saw through her too....at least her embellishing stories...then after awhile I had many an aha moment like I bet a few did but because she was well liked, no one wanted to speak up for fear of someone getting mad about calling her out...know what I mean...?

Report: the training trip has been slightly educational and highly entertaining so far. the high point was getting dressed up like two very rich ladies of the 1880's and having our picture taken at the fair. Oh, did I mention we were holding rifles? LOL! We're gonna put that pic in our office, with a little sign that says "Don't mess with the Prosecutor's Office". Our boss will love it!

I had to get up at 3 am to put my boss on da bus home, eh. Ya, shure was early! I feel sorry for her, but she can sleep

take care of your headaches you 2!
Have a good night monkeys who are logging off..

My hubs has had a headache almost every day for about a year...he had some dental work done about a year ago, root canal twice on the same tooth...he had been in pain and his periodontist finally found an infection in both of his top back teeth...where the root canals and caps were done, $5,000 to try to save those damn teeth...He had them yanked out and is going to have an implant put in...but the periodontist told him that  while hubs was out from the drugs and he pulled his teeth that he cleaned/scraped out his sinuses cause the infection was in his sinuses! so all this time he has had sinus headaches, which I told him that was what it was but he didn't listen of course...so now, his headaches are subsiding except for this morning he woke up and his face was swollen and he is in pain and another headache..so doctor thinks that the antibiotic that he is taking was not doing the trick..he has been on antibiotics almost monthly since he had those damn teeth worked on a year ago so he is probably immune to the same old antibiotics that they have been giving him..poor guy..as you gals know, there is nothing worse than sinus headaches..hopefully he is on the mend....we are heading to our condo next week for some R&R and I want him feeling good...
sorry for bending you ears on this but I am sortof pissy cause his dentist that did the root canal could not find the problem and hubs has suffered so much since then...sigh..
How awful Cookie, your husband having to go through all of that. I hope the new antibiotics help him before your trip to the condo. I don't blame you for being pissy, they shouldn't even do a root canal when there is infection involved.
