I have been working outside off and on today between conference calls and smell really bad     I have meet the teacher night at youngest's school and get to see the class lists.  Part of me wants to not shower so the crowd of parents around the class list parts so we can get to the list and get out of there   

School does not start till Monday so wondering why they are doing this tonight.

You guys have cracked me up with the food comments today.

I confess I think I have eaten every Disney Character, Bambi, Thumper, Donald and Daisy Duck, and even Chip but it may have been Dale  not sure.

Having been raised on a farm and from eastern European parents we ate stuff that most would not even consider.  It is just what you are raised with.

Now Oysters YUCK!!  A friend had me try oysters rockerfeller in a fancy smancy restaurant in San Fran.  I almost projectiled it across the room and had to use every ounce of energy to not start heaving right there.  Had to spit it out in the linen nappie then got panicked about what to do with it.  So I stuffed it in my purse to throw out later with the purse.  LOL. 

I agree with you, it is what you are raised with, now we love summer sausage back there, but when my husband first saw that he couldn't believe a person would eat that. I don't want to look at it as eating Disney characters  how funny. I have never eaten an oyster, I'll bet your purse stunk from the oyster  I had clam chowder once in a fancy restaurant in San Fran, and got back to the hotel, and was I sick, really sick from that  sort of took the fun out of the trip, YUCK

I got talked into eating a raw one time at an oyster bar.It was ugly horrible. Then I had to get the lecture from my sister (microbiologist) about the dangers of eating them raw. Like I'd do it a second time

It is, isn't it. I was moving furniture and dusting in the living room, am taking a break right now    Hope your day is going well 

I can't complain.  I was off from work today and being soooooo lazy.  No moving furniture or dusting here, unfortunately....  If I keep waiting long enough maybe my husband will do it.  But I doubt it, he is sitting in the recliner at the moment

  As soon as my husband gets home from work, there he is in the recliner, watching some sports or some foolishness. I'm doing this, because I feel better today, and have been neglecting a little bit of my work around here. Now if it would just cool off. Nothing wrong with having a lazy day relaxing 

Here the foolishness is the histroy channel....24 hours a day of history.   The weather here is also very hot... Are you in the south? 

OMG he watches a lot of history channel, anything with war stuff especially World War 11 stuff. No I live in Southern California and we are having a heat wave. We should cool off considerably on Sat if the weather man isn't lying

Ahhhh.... I was wondering why some of those parents smell so bad....Very smart!!!

Our schools started about 3 weeks ago.  Seems like it is earlier every year..

On a side note I have been watching the health inspector over at the Hocker's place.I don't think they are having very much fun.My first clue was the waving of the arms and pointing at my house.    Like i have connections with the health department.    I almost peed my pants as the lady explained how the field lines "will" run,as opposed to how you want them to run.   
I wonder if they are having fun yet? 

I hope their day is not filled with one ounce of fun 

Well,now they are at a standstill.The Bobcat broke down,so they are working on it.I havew never laughed so hard in my life.i don't know how people work for those Hockers.I just stand here in the A/C cooled den and watch.   
Off to walk Digger.Be back in a bit.   

I love watching my one neighbor when he waters and washes his car, it is a lesson on obsessive behavior, he practically is on his knees surveying everything. Have fun walking Digger, hope he is behaving himself 

  I would like to see that neighbor No Rose.

He drives me nuts watching him, but you just have to watch him because he is so fanatical. You could have a gourmet meal on his floor of his garage, and not use plates the floor is that clean. I sweep mine everyday, but you couldn't eat off of it.  My daughter and I call him BTK, because he looks like the BTK killer 

  BTK???? OMG, he does sound like he has OCD if his floor is clean enough to eat off of.

The guy is seriously cracked, he has tinsel hanging all over so the birds don't go near his yard, little he knows they aren't afraid of his tinsel  When it is garbage day, he is on the curb organizing the garbage and recycle bins, I have been known to go out there once he goes back in the house, and disorganize them again

Rauf scares me, I happen to believe he has a deep down agenda and this mosque is just the beginning. 

They want to conquer that is there adgenda. 

There is definitely an agenda and it appears as of now they will win.

In history, whenever the muslims would win a battle and conquer lands, they would build a mosque on the site of the battle.

Just something to think about. 

I have thought about that, it is uncanny and very eerie.
