Well hopefully the police presser today in Kyron's case will say something important.

I hope so NRCG.  The last one was a waste of time.
It sure was. This case is the most confusing one for me, I'm usually opinionated with what I think happened, not this time. I'm baffled, and think there is more going on here then what meets the eye.

If you are baffled I don't stand a chance of understanding .
I'v been watching one of the idiots next door as usual. He has a big fire built, and the woods are already a tinder box.I just dragged my hose around the house just in case.
Hubby is gone for mediation on his work injury.I am so tired of all the lawyers and chit.
I can't even think straight today.
Gonna go check out the Kyron thread.............

NorthernRose,I am so happy to see you are back!!!!!!!
Hope your son is doing well.   an angelic monkey
Is he insane?  Are you sure he doesn't need a burning permit for what he is doing?  Just thinking out loud in case a call to the officials is in order.

He must have got scared, because he hosed it down.He had a pretty big flame going for a little while.
Everyone around here burns brush and limbs, etc.Geez, though it is 100 degrees people!
If we had a no burn warning today, well I would have gladly called the po-po.

I am so confused in Kyron's thread.Bless his little heart.

I especially get confused when they talk about posts/posters from other forums/sites.

Like we all know them? I sure don't. I got confused about who Pandora was until someone finally posted a link. Still don't know who she is though. LOL

I was just reading that this is in the record books for one of the coolest summers for us out here, thankfully. But I did notice that there will be some higher temps coming for the weekend, so I'm finishing one last corner of the yard, because I can't work out there when it is hot. If it only lasts for a couple days at a time that is alright, but when it goes on and on and on, that is not good. It looks like the plains, the south and the east are really having record breaking summers  I don't know how you all are managing this.

Hi Brandi, how is Brandi handling the heat? Hope you are doing well.

We're all hanging in there, thanks, JSM! How's Josef these days?
Glad you are hanging in Brandi. He is doing well, except for his itching. It is driving me crazy

Ya know, Brandi has itching problems in the summer too. Vet said something about a yeast allergy or something that affects her ears and skin during the summer. Tried giving her benadryl one summer, it did absolutely nothing for her. I see or hear her scratching (her legs thump thump thump LOL) .. I tell her to stop. She does. For a while.

Oh, my rant for today? All The RED text people are posting in the Kyron case. 'nuff said.

Maybe it's because Admin and Mods are really really busy.

Hi Muffy         If I'm not mistaken Pandora was a poster or is still a poster at WS, but it now looks like she has her own forum or at least she posts at another forum.  I have two more cabinets to finish in the garage, but it will have to wait until tomorrow    I can't believe that someone would be burning stuff in 100 degree heat

Me too.  When my MIL passed she had so many beautiful doilies and runners and hand work from her mother and grand mother.  I so wanted a few but my SIL took them all.  Found out later she garbaged them.  I cried as they were all made with love and some of it is a lost art like the old tatting and cut out work she had.
How could she?!!  That is a cardinal sin.  What a shame she didn't cherish the hard work and sentiment that went into those doilies.

I could never throw anyhotng like that away.

Made it to Michaels, sold out of dye.  So went to a fabric store and they had some.  It is Dylon , never heard of it before and there was a sheet about how to tie dye in the microwave ( I kid you not!).  I was going to take the sheet but left it behind.  Has anyone heard of tie dyeing in a microwave before?

Then went to the dollar store to buy squirt bottles and waited to pay , one till 6 people ahead of us.  Waited, waited, waited was only 3rd in line and the woman behind the till gets a call.  She can not read English and is clearly having a communication issue with person on the phone and asks the customer to tell her what the pirate hat is made out of, read the package to her.  I had to be back to pick youngest up from a friends house and just ran out of time and patience so put my 8 ketchup bottles and 32 dice down and walked out.

I will try walmart later tonight.  wish me luck.  I so don't want to have to drive back to that dollar store.

Oh geez, your stores are like ours here    I never heard of tie dyeing in a microwave before, but maybe in the long run it is easier? Good luck at Walmart, anybody going in that store needs good luck
