Rosie...I love Activia...I got it for hubs but we both like it..

I have the dinner that I told you all about with the ham, potatoes, green beans and onions and bacon in the crock pot since this morning..I tasted it when I got in from the fair..It is yummy!! can't wait for dinner..I also have the dough in the fridge for the blackberry cobbler...berries are ready...I am going to go roll it out here in a minute ...
it was so damn hot at the fair today! we had fun though..the girls did not complain too much when we left cause they were hot too..especially the oldest one with the cast on her arm..poor baby..
I ended up riding on the kids roller coaster cause the 4 yr old grand daughter is so tiny that she doesn't reach the line for rides and I hate those things but she really wanted to go...grrrrr! but the good grammy that I am, I put her before myself...my son was taking pictures of it..I expect that it will be on face book before the day is over..lol..

Thank-you guys, I'm going to try Activia and Danactive    Northern I bet the kids love coming to your house for parties, you go all out and the kids have fun, that is great  Not many parents do all that, that is for sure.      I'm on a roll in the garage still, I want to do some more so I can toss more into the trash before tomorrow.

Hope you guys have a good afternoon. I have to go to the post office missed the mail lady. It's 104 not looking forward to going out in the heat.  If youngest grand son goes will take him for some Dairy Queen. When I ask if he wanted to go with me all I got is where. I didn't want to tell him wanted him to say yes grandma I will go. I can dream can't I.

Goodness GreenEyes stay cool.  Funny thing I told one of the guys here at work I was craving DQ.  They looked at me and asked "you are craving?"  I laughed and said prolly not something a woman my age should say,  now is it?

I have been reading up on microwave tie dying and maybe not such a good idea.  You have to wrap, seal and double wrap the item and the die to make sure no particles escape during the nuking session and then wash out the microwave really well and then put raw slices of potatoes in there and nuking them to absorb any particles "in case" then did get out of the double wrapped and sealed mess.

Just sounds too complicated and unsafe to actually put real food in there after.   So I am sticking with my squirt bottles, rubber bands, butchers string and forks and do it the old style way then hang the shirts on the line after we rinse them. 

I went through a period where I drank a Danactive every day which did make a difference and kept the plumbing moving.  Not tried Activia but I know not all cultures are the same so you do need to read which active cultures are in the yogurt and what they do.

I will take pictures of the shirts when the kids are done.  Got a whole bunch of mens Tee's at Walmart last night (packages of 3 for $5.00).  Then I stocked up on loose leaf paper as they had their packages of 200 for 25 cents each.  I paid over a  dollar for the same at Staples a few days ago so taking them back.  The kids have enough binder paper for a few years now.  Not sure if they priced them wrong but the cashier did  not blink and there was no limit on them. 

You are are welcome for left over pizza and to do your own shirts on Saturday if the jet gets gassed up.

Sounds like the ol fashioned tie dye is definitely the way to go.  I will be over for sure.

Changed airlines, now that flight was delayed, had to make an extra stop for fuel in Indianapolis, next stop Little Rock then Dallas. He should have been here at 5:20 pm, now estimated time of arrival is 8:05. That is past my bedtime almost  I have only eaten two cookies, I am hungry and want a beer. JSM...my hubs is late getting in too from O'Hare...flying in from Orlando...not sure when he will be home but he should have been by now so I am assuming that he had a delay...if it rains a few drops there is a delay..but I would rather be safe than sorry...I would have a beer if I was you..in fact I might have one myself while I am waiting!

well, the blackberry cobbler is in the oven..has been for about 1/2 hour..can't wait to eat it...

Hi Green Eyes! just popped the top on a budlight! I don't usually drink anything right out of a can but darn if beer doesn't just taste so good drinking it from the can!

I don't know what the delays were caused by, I know they had to stop and get gas in Indiana to make it to Little Rock. I think he must be in Little Rock now because I just got an email from him. Going to check the status of that flight now.
