just some info on sites i keep up:

also for the police/sheriff's scanners .. there are 2 i use - they WILL both work consecutively btw:

Thanks for the info.  I've been using the 2nd scanner you listed.  I've noticed that sometimes it starts repeating?  I just shut the browser down and start again.  Both still seem to be down?  I've never seen it down for this long.  Hopefuly they'll get up and running soon.

possibly with the current "searches/etc" they have shut 'em down?  so many ppl listening lately - last nite the 348 one .. had over 60 "listeners" on it (thats just my guess tho)

first one says offline
2nd one I use all the time says  Oregon connection linked repeaters?

ditto "dit" ? lol d in texas = dit .. is dat ok? 
last night in my "looking around" on sites ...i came across a member of the scanned sites postings - and they had listed some other "channels"   in code like  so what i did .. was backspaced the "348 or 2230" out of the address bar ... put the #'s i got from their convo (shhh) and it DID link me into other channels ..... most were fire and rescue type ... i'll see if i can find onthers ?

I'm getting the same messages on both that you are.  Wish we had someone on here that was local so we'd know if we were missing anything!
