Thanks, Trimm.  I listened to this early this morning.  Tim Miller is an important weapon for the prosecution.  He's direct, to the point, and sees the A's for what they really are.

Thanks for posting TM's interview.....God Bless that man.  In the short interview, TM says he will NEVER step foot in Florida again due to the Anthony's and this case.  I do hope he will reconsider that feeling in the future, we need Tim and his organization just as much as any state.  I fully understand where he is coming from but I don't think there are any other families like the Ants, at least I pray there isn't. (Of course the Cummings/Croslins are pretty close)  I bet Cindy is in all her glory this morning.....TM won't be here, now is their chance to become the next TES.  Not now or ever Cindy.....listen hard.....you will never be anything but a lyin', disgusting excuse for a human being.  Live with it.

O/t hey everyone goodmorning. I live in NC and we went on vacation in georgia. And the jacksonville beach is like 45 min away but it has rain everyday since we had been there. So right now we are on our way 2 sea world.because my boys didn't really get a vacation.  Which I am very excited, I have never been. Its me my husband and my 2 boys that are 7 and 14.I have 2 questions. 1 is my 14 year old gonna like it at sea world. He is thinking he might be to old. And 2. Do you guys think that there is still a memorial where caylee remains were found. Like I remember seeing a cross there and some stuff animals. It just brakes my heart talking about that day when the news broke about her remains being found. I remember it like it was yesterday. Anyway can somonee post the address I guess of the anthony home. So I can try to find where caylee was found so I can leave her a stuff animal. I would really appreciate it. I need address and city and the zip code so I can put it in my gps. So sorry to bother you guys but if I get a chance I want 2 go by there thanks so much

I believe when a family comes calling, Tim's heart will find a way and come to their aid, whether it's Florida or elsewhere.  That's who he is.  God bless Tim and all the good works he has done. 

The Ants, particularly Cindy, love a fight...winning is her game.  She's so immersed in her quest she hasn't a clue how she is perceived.  It will catch up with her...I'm counting on it!

I am way past the point of being sick of what the A's want...........who in the hell is gonna put a stop to this?  I thought it might be JP...but now I am beginning to wonder!

Did you hear the miserable cretin say he's not gonna stop until he's seen all TES docs? What a spoiled Baby Huey!!! I hope JP didn't give them any concessions, and I hope he heard Baez comment threat implying a possible unending roll of frivolous motions. He makes me long for the medieval days when you could throw rocks at people you didn't like just so I could land him a good one!  

I wish to hell TES had destroyed all those docs in an oooopssss moment!!

Anyone with any common sense realizes that NeJames made all that available to the defense. They LIED tying to say they didn't. They LIED and whined about two boxes they were not allowed access to which were administrative papers which did not even come under the court order. When they were there they didn't even go through all the other boxes but yet they YELL MORE LIES to make people think they are not being treated right. They had access to those documents for MONTHS and never bothered to even go to NeJames office to view them. What they didn't like was that the "viewing" was going to be supervised at all times so they could not take any documents or copy them.

Remember all the hoopla when the other attorneys were in town and NeJames made them available months ago but NO ONE showed up?  

There is NOTHING in those documents which is going to help that child murdering ho dog and they all know it. This is just another red herring to try to get the trial put off because their stupid *sses are too dumb and too incompetent to put on a serious murder trial.

Morning Monks!  Tupelo, so true.  As a friend said last night...they are proving over and over they have no defense....nothing, nada....their fishing expeditions keep coming up with nothing.....so they keep fishing and throwing out smoke screens because they have nothing else.  He said they are not working on a defense for her, they are working on the penalty phase....mitigating circumstances, trying to 'save her life'. They know she is guilty, they know she will be found guilty, they are trying to save her from the DP and to them,  this will be a victory.
