So GA worked in Auto Theft Division.....not Homicide.Hmmmm...

I remember George saying he worked in theft. (can't remember if he said auto)
I don't recall if it was an interview.....he said (paraphrasing) he didn't work in homicide, but he did cover for homicide cops I guess if they were short, on vacation, etc. I also think he said even with him working in theft he did have occasions to find a dead/decomposing body.........FWIW

He sure does have a busy schedule to juggle around all his FB stuff......     

I saw that and then he blocked her...LOL...I am trying to get him to talk about the forensic seminar he went on....perhaps we can figure out what's up with LKB

I can't swear to it, but I THINK it sounds familiar. I took it NOT that she quit, but that she was resigned to the fact that there was no way Jose that she was going to be paid.

Makes you wonder if baez pays his staff consistently. Because it seems like he is not a wise steward of money. I think that when he  got that money  from casey! he went extragent on himself and thought there would be an endless supply of money. boy was he wrong.

JMO but he gets enough business from wife beaters, drugs, parking and speeders,  etc to pay the bills at the law office, go to Paris on vacation, but not enough to keep his mortgage paid   However it doesn't look like he is doing too good this year.....not many irons in the fire

ummmmm he had a lot of jobs from 1996 til this was posted in 4/2008 and  I thought he was a Homicide Detective....according to this he was in Auto theft???

Wowser he sure has had his share of jobs.   I would love to see the dates of employment, start and end dates.  With all these jobs he couldn't have stayed to long in one place.  Gee what a surprise he was in auto theft and not homicide.  Another Anthony "Mistruth"

I think where we got the homicide detective is that is what Cindy said on more than one occasion. I don't remember George saying it.

It appears that there is no statute of limitations in FL for perjury in a Capital Case, i.e. one like Casey's.  As to the other violations of crimina law, it depends on the class of felony.  I don't know what class fraud would fall under as well as tampering, obstructing, etc. 

thanks BB, but I wish I didn't feel like the A's will never be charged with anything   your or I, any of us,  would have already been charged, tried and convicted.

I don't think the state will charge anyone until after the trial. They could mess up their witnesses if they did. If they have been charged for a criminal offense, all they have to do at trial is plead the 5th and that would keep them from having to tell anything about KC.  After the trial I do believe there will be some charges.

There are some pretty reliable rumors circulating about investigations into the fund raising part and I expect to see charges in that. There is no reason for them to get in a hurry because in fraud prosecutions, the longer you give the perp to continue the stronger the evidence becomes.
