Trivia:

On George's resume, I see he worked for The Presentation Group at one time.  That is the audio/visual group that Baez sent over to Mark NeJames' office thinking he could get away with a third party not authorized by the Court to film the TES files ...
Interesting and as someone already stated, sure would like to know the dates for these jobs.  I wonder who set this job up for him, the date would be very telling, IMO.

The date on the resume posting 4/2008 so I am sure it's a coincidence

I always daydream this scenario~ Casey is found guilty~ as she's escorted out of the court room, the FBI?LE surround George and Cindy and lead them away.

I like your dream!!!   I'll drink to that!!

'LKB stated during the indigency hearing that she tore up her contract because she hadn't been paid a cent.'
No I did not hear that.
4-years SNAPPY CAR RENTAL, ORLANDO FLORIDA      Now why does George look like he would work at a place called Snappy?

I did not hear that either.

So GA worked in Auto Theft Division.....not Homicide.Hmmmm...

I think where we got the homicide detective is that is what Cindy said on more than one occasion. I don't remember George saying it.
cindy is a liar maybe she meant that people  died in that car or someone killed the car by wrecking it in an accident lol who know whatta liar she is.

Two quotes from this story:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38751093/ns/us_news-crime_and_courts/

Quote
Duley, who is unemployed, told authorities she smothered the boys after a fight with her own mother, who badgered her about her failures as a parent and inability to provide for her family financially. She first told investigators the boys drowned after her car plunged into a river early Monday morning.

"She truly felt, 'If I don't have these toddlers, I can be free,'" Williams said.

Quote
Out of work and estranged from the children's father, she relied on her mother for support. But after the two argued Sunday night, Williams said, Duley left her daughter at the house and drove 2-year-old Devean C. Duley and 18-month-old Ja'van T. Duley to a motel several miles away.

Late that night, in a corner room tucked at the back of the rundown, one-story complex, Duley suffocated the boys with her hands, Williams said. She then strapped them back into their car seats, drove to a boat ramp some 10 miles away and rolled the car into the slow-moving water, investigators said.

Couldn't help but think of Casey.

Desi-Ditto! What kind of country do we live in, with disposable children?!!  Seriously, if people don't want their children, there are thousands of others who do.  God help us! I had lunch today with 2 family members who would have gladly adopted Caylee (and we know so many more).  The hardest part is knowing Casey wouldn't have simply given her up because she was valuable to Casey...as a meal ticket, then as a weapon.  How do you get through to someone who thinks like that???  Pure evil.

Evening all!  Thanks for posting the In-Sessions carry-over.  I saw that Presentations Group and went  .  Don't know if it's authentic or not, but once again, I'm glad Mark Nejame stood his ground.  I hope when this case is over, Judge Perry files a complaint with the FL Bar against Baez.  The man is a legal hazard with questionable morals (intentionally seeking information on searchers far from the Caylee Anthony retrieval site), financial instability, poor PR skills, and a pathetic work ethic (given the number of times he's: come to court unprepared in the last 2 years; gained a reputation for filing last minute motions with the court; canceled and rescheduled an inordinately high number of depositions as opposed to his case load (with little to no regard for those he's deposing; forgetting to serve a witness); receiving on the job training via Judges being forced to explain legalities to him and instruct him in correct legal procedures; verbally attacked and mocked Bar colleagues in the courtroom/in the media/in legal motions; couched personal vendettas within legal motions, heavy with innuendo and heresay, light on legal precedent and cited case law; using the Anthony case to appeal to a specific race, in an attempt to sway the Hispanic segment of the population (his comment to be the first Hispanic lawyer to try such an important case, his professional and personal affiliation with Geraldo Rivera, doing case interviews in English, immediately followed by Spanish- Justice is supposed to be blind to race, religion, sex, etc.); and his overt failure to follow Judicial orders, as ordered (seeking and attempting to employ the alternative Presentation Group to view and tag TES documents).  Jose Baez' inability or unwillingness to perform his legal duties have contributed to the delays in the Casey Anthony case and will continue to impact the case, if left unchecked.  This is all my opinion, based on watching the status hearings, court proceedings, reading Mr. Baez' motions, watching Mr. Baez' interviews, reading public financial records, and observing the manner in which Mr. Baez singles out Kathi Belich with outright contempt.  None of the above should be representative of a member of the Florida Bar Association, nor is it worthy of the Florida Bar Association.  IMHO

I loved your post ! you hit alot of good points. Now let me ask you?
do you think Judge perry sees everything you stated? and is just not willing  to act on it for fear of mistrial?
surely if we who arent  legal beagles see it than clearly he has to see more clearly. Its just so frustrating to  stand back and watch baez with all his arogance and  meaness get away with so much. I cant stand to even listen to his interviews or see his face. I have resorted to reading it.
your thoughts?

and again great posts.
