Big 10 divisions announced:

The 'Nebraska' division: Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska and Northwestern.

The 'other' division: Illinois, Indiana, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue and Wisconsin.

Each school will play the other five within its division and also face three teams from the other division, including one cross-division matchup guaranteed on an annual basis. The guaranteed cross-division matchups are Illinois-Northwestern, Indiana-Michigan State, Ohio State-Michigan, Penn State-Nebraska, Purdue-Iowa and Wisconsin-Minnesota.

Wow.... we got the toughest possible 3 team "other division" combo for the first year:  We drew OSU, Wisconsin and Penn State so the schedule is:

2011 SCHEDULE
Sept. 10, Fresno State
Sept. 17, Washington
Sept. 24, at Wyoming
Oct. 1, at Wisconsin
Oct. 8, Ohio State
Oct. 22, at Minnesota
Oct. 29, Michigan State
Nov. 5, Northwestern
Nov. 12, at Penn State
Nov. 19, at Michigan
Nov. 26, Iowa
NOTE: One game still to be determined

Notre Dame??  Monkey Devil!

Wreck you are on a roll!  LOL

I was grateful that our POS ex AD scheduled that Wyoming game.   lololol

As Bo would say "I am completely focused on the Big 12 and the biggest game is the next one.....drum roll... Western Kentucky"

If I remember you guys start out with a potentially tough one - Washington State right?  I like me a cupcake/scrimmage for the first game to iron out the kinks.

Well--- Wash State is NO Washington!! We DID lose 22 seniors (including our QB and Dez Bryant) -- but we SHOULD handle them with ease. We'll see!

Luckily we have some UDub grads that live in Provo and have scoped out areas for pregame funk,as it's not allowed in any of the parking lots at Lavell Edwards stadium! You can get your tickets confiscated for partaking in the Irish Starbucks...Better safe then sorry! Monkey Devil!

Which is also a BIG factor of why the major conferences don't want BYU!!

Looks like a TE for South Carolina has been suspended and won't play in tonight's game, it's mentioned in this link to the ongoing UNC/NCAA investigation. Plus "sources" are quoted as stating nearly 7 starters may not play in the game against LSU including key RB's?

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5520574

This is making the rounds from Funny or Die as well

This is getting ugly......

Son of a gun.. we just lost another starting linebacker for the season.  I think this is the 6th player out for the season.  These kids are killing each other.  Saturday can't come soon enough.

Dang beans! Was he mentioned in any way by ESPN before the injury? You know they put out that bad football juju.....

Herbie's been saying some good stuff about Auburn. I want him to shut up before he ruins our good mojo....

Congratulations to South Carolina and Iowa State!

Yeah - they posted it when it was first installed on the Nebraska forums saying "heh guys we should do this - NOT"!  Couldn't believe someone actually approved that.  Hideous.  Do you know how hard that would be on the eyes of those in the stadium?  Bet it doesnt last 2 seasons.
