The rumor on the boards is that they're talking to Les Miles....
Yeah and that LSU wants Pelini if Miles goes there... I kinda have heard about this rumor.  Monkey Devil!  Guess we'll all find out.
Les Miles took the LSU job 2 days BEFORE Oklahoma State's Bowl game. He's a snake. (But he IS a Michigan grad and has a buyout negotiated with LSU if he is offered the Michigan job)

I just read a comment about that today... Someone was telling LSU fans not to believe him just because he told the team he was staying because he did the same thing at OSU and then bolted a couple days later.

Man this is a good game.  Duking it out.  Fantastic athletes on both sides of the ball and great coaching too.

Me three.  Great game and both teams should be proud.  They played hard to the end.  I was exhausted.

Congrads to Auburn for a well deserved National Championship! I hope both teams had a good time in the Phoenix area.
None- Did your nephew have a great time here in Phoenix and at the game?
Pdh- Great win for you! You owe us a recruit in the future.
Yes its true, Kiwi is in negotiations for the HC job at Michigan. I may look to SM to fill in the coaching vacancies. Bean that should keep your coach where he's at. So who should I use for the defensive coach and some of these spots?

Hmm Still think Kiwi is the best choice for HC. Unfortunately, the AD has picked another for Michigan's new coach. The AD has however renewed Kiwi's contract to run the Dawg House for another 3 years as I may never see another winning season during that time period. Inside info, the AD doesn't care if Denard stays or leaves. He's up for grabs for anyone that runs the spread.

The new Michigan coach is Brady Hoke from San Diego State. His record there was 13-12. He was coach of the year for the MAC and Mountain West. Up for grabs is Denard Robinson who will likely go to AU if someone declares or LSU.  I wonder if the AD will be there if attendance drops below 100,000 for the first time since the early 80's. Hmmm Kiwi for AD of Michigan.

Not that any of you care.......... but, our WR Justin Blackmon and QB Brandon Weeden both announced today they are returning to school next year foregoing the NFL!

That should put us pre-season Top 10 (hope we can live up to the hype!)

I have been reading some real good things about Hoke from some of our fans that live in San Diego.  They said what he has done at SDSU with far less talent is unreal and in only two years.  Complete turnaround.  No nonsense guy that delivers.  They said they think he's better than Miles, Harbaugh AND Pelini. So don't get discouraged yet Kiwi.

I just read this Wreck and I don't blame you for being excited.  They are a great tandem.  They will reek havoc next year in the Big 12-2.  I'll be cheering them on.  You see any changes on the D side of the ball?  That's the only thing keeping you from the big game imho.

We have to replace 6 starters on Defense again -- so it is still a crap shoot. I know we have recruited DB's heavy the last few years -- so hopefully we have some talent ready to step up.

Wreck I read that today. That's great news. Personally my dad and I have watched a lot of OSU games this season. It was nice rooting and winning for a change. Next year they should be just as fast and strong.

Hi Kiwi, yes my brother and nephew had a great time, but they were only there overnight due to brother's work schedule. My godson was there for five days, he sent me a photo but I'm having trouble getting it over from my phone to my PC, or I would have posted it. He was most upset that they sold out of the commemorative cups before he got one !! He called me the day after and was literally hoarse but said it was such a great game. His father played basketball for Auburn back in the day and recently passed away, so I think he wanted to be there for his father's memory too.

So how did you let another coach displace you in the search endeavor?

wreck I believe we all care about your team, I am always glad to hear players are finishing school before going to the big game - I think I posted that son spent the better part of the day with one of your coaches and enjoyed his time with him too.

HOW BOUT DEM HAWKS
Great to see you KTF!! Who'd thunk the Sea Hawks could do it!
Hey Wreck! I had a fantastic time in San Diego, and yes, I did hang out with Ron Burgundy and told him that my buddy Wreck wanted to be a part of one of his pool party's. You best be rooting for Mr. Russel Okung to put a little salt in the Peppers.  Hope all is well with everyone!  an angelic monkey
