O/T All the programing has been changed on Court TV, so I guess they won't be
covering court cases anymore. It will be on line or HLN I guess.

They are covering the Caylee case right now and will be broadcasting the hearing today.
Thanks, N2WISHN.  Nice to see you.

Hi....they are just rehashing the same ole over and over and of course repeating the poor Cindy thing and her excited utterance. They even had BC on giving his take on why she still has hope that Caylee is still alive. I can hardly watch it.

Well, you know everybody handles grief differently and if she needs to have hope at this time then that is her way of dealing with things and she will come to accept things in her own time. BS.

Everybody deals with grief on their own time, but if you really believe that someone is alive after two years and you had a memorial, that is a sign of mental illness, I believe Cindy is just doing that to taint the jury pool.

Yes, trying to taint the jury by saying Caylee is alive while trying to blame any and everyone available for her murder. If she weren't so devious she would be nuts.

Casey Anthony, 24, Charged With Murder In Death Of Daughter

POSTED: Monday, August 30, 2010
UPDATED: 9:34 am EDT August 30, 2010

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A status hearing will be held Monday in the Casey Anthony murder case.

Attorneys for the prosecution and defense will be in court at 1:30 p.m. to go over agenda items in the case. Anthony, 24, is not expected to be there.

Later this week, Anthony's defense team is expected to depose 35 people, including Orange County homicide detectives, agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and members of the U.S. Secret Service.

Anthony is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty. Her trial is expected to begin in May.

Good morning, Monkeys!  (I dreamed about all of you last night.  We were all in a big restaurant and we became our avatars.  I think I've really gone over the edge...
So, will today be the day that Judge Perry slaps the smug off of Jose's mug?  I can't wait to see if he lies about the Jesse Grund AT&T request for phone records.  Jesse's lawyer said Baez said it was a "clerical" error.  Uh huh.  Right.  Too many plates spinning in the air, Jose, some of them are bound to crash onto the floor.

Good Morning, Monks

Oh no, Delicious Monkey, my avatar is Cindy Anthony!!!!!!

Thanks, Trimm.  The amount of depos attempted by the defense in so short a time is ridiculous.  Is this like "Speed Dating?"

Jumping in here....no doubt about tainting the jury pool, but I just had a thought.....isn't Cindy on some sort of temporary or short term disability?  Could this also be one of her scheming ideas for her to get on permanent disability?  I believe she should be hospitalized.....permanently!

Defending Casey.....I can see this because Cindy has so much guilt.....but the money??  Never will be a justifiable answer to that. NEVER
