did the defension already view TES records. I got the imprssion that they hadnt?

My understanding is that have not gone to view them yet.

I don't believe that Laura female (aka defense stooge) ever turned in her paperwork back to TES., so I don't see how they'd have her in their records. The form she still had with her was what she gave Mort the PI. She is the one who tried talking Joe Jordan into agreeing with her. He said he didn't remember her. IIRC

Bobo has an issue with the state listing more witnesses and having released 8,00 more documents and a new CD today and new witness list with 13 more witnesses as of 30 mins ago.

He in in whiny mode that this in an ongoing problem....and with new discovery and new witnesses the chances of making the deadlines is about 50%

JP pointing out that the deadline for listing experts and PD witnesses is August 31 and today is only Aug 30

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony’s defense submitted an amended defense witness list on Monday.

In the filing, defense attorney Jose Baez lists 64 names and addresses of individuals.

The witness list contains several of Anthony’s family members, various law enforcement officials and expert witnesses.
