Hi Monkeys, I have a serious question, I can't remember the first 8 1/2 years of my life my Mother was hurriedly wisked away from our hometown by my Dad's family (no joking)and immediatedly divorced from him.  I was never in contact with him and never given an explanation.  My GGF supposed molested my cousin and it was hush hused and he was and alcoholic.  When my Mom ran from my Dad she moved us in with my GGParents (yes, that one and his wife).  I'm positive my Mom knew nothing of these accusations then.  We lived with them 3 yrs. and then they babysat me some.  This is the time I have no knowledge of.  My middle class fam was the don't ask, don't tell type old fashioned, southern family.  I now am to the point of maybe I need to know the root of some of my problems but so far I've lived a dysfunctional normal life.  I cried so hard for you Monkeys after learning your pain and terror you lived through.  I'm so sorry!  I want to hold you, scream for you, take your pain and throw it away.  Most of all I'd go back in your past and take a hammer to the problems, if you know what I mean.  Knowing what you know now...am I better off not knowing if something terrible did happen as long as I am maintaining and things are pretty good?  Sorry Mods, this is OT but in the same vain and some of our children on the threads have endured some of the same with worse endings.  God rest their soul.  God Bless you too survivors!

Unfortunately, this family has had a meltdown since Kyron has disappeared.  LE, the Prosecution and the Grand Jury are handling the disappearance Kyron aspect of things while the family is thrust again into the limelight by their divorce proceedings.


Everything is quiet about the Kyron case due to the instructions per the Grand Jury.  These people who testified are under oath.  Seahorse was correct yesterday when she stated this.

As for Terri Horman, she has been instructed by her attorney no to speak and stay out of public view.  (Besides the media twisting things, she also has had those death threats- which would account for the escort into the court house today)

IMO It's not productive nor helpful to talk about TH's appearance. Believe me, I am far from being a Terri fan, but if you look at the facts, we don't know if she is guilty of anything other than being self centered. Does that make her a killer or a person that wants revenge on Kaine by taking his son away?

There are a lot of theories out there and speculations, but frankly, we don't know. How would you feel if it came out that it was somebody else that took Kyron?

I guess what I'm trying to say is, we don't know the facts in this case. We just know what the media has fed us and the few bits of info the LE has given us.

Unitl Kyron is located and the facts of the case are known, we don't know other than what the media feeds us.

LE hasn't said too much, Kaine and Desiree have run the show.

Currently, they are under oath, and nothing is being reported to the media.

Unless Kyron is found, someone comes forward and theres a major break in the case, or the GJ makes a decision, I'm afraid this case will be quiet for a while- aside from the parent's contempt and divorce hearings.

Great work by Brandi.....but I have to admit I loved seeing Zoe...she was such a beautiful furbaby. I love what was put under the avatar I can not imagine how much you miss her. Your love for her was known here!!

Thank you Sea...would love to see actual footage of today.  Wouldn't we all!   What a tense moment when she and KH are finally in the same room.  If I was KH I'd be begging, screaming, pleading with her to give me an answer if she has any.

If I was Terri and ... I was innocent of the MFH plot ... I was innocent of disappearing Kyron ... I would be appealing the restraining order accusations that was separating me from my precious daughter.

Multnomah County judge today unsealed the petition for the restraining order which Kaine Horman obtained on June 28, two days after investigators informed him that his wife had offered to pay a landscaper to kill him months before his son's disappearance.

"I believe respondent is involved in the disappearance of my son Kyron who has been missing since June 4, 2010. I also recently learned that respondent attempted to hire someone to murder me,'' Kaine Horman wrote in his petition. "The police have provided me with probable cause to believe the above two statements to be true."

It didn't go poof! Right now we are all waiting for new info. It's very difficult to move forward when we don't have any new facts in the case. We pray, we cry, we dream of Kyron coming home.
