It's almost time for a new cage.  We're at thread #170.  I wonder what the  thread number will be when there is finally justice for Caylee?

No surprise.....we saw this coming. Casey has to have 1 competent attorney for trial.
I guess we'll see if she makes it until the trial in May. It's a wonder anyone with half a brain can tolerate Bozo for any length of time, especially when they're working pro bono.

Me too Brandi. With the new law in Florida though, I'm not sure she can resign at this point. I guess we'll find out........

New attorney joins Casey Anthony defense team

Dorothy Clay Sims, an attorney specializing in cross-examining medical expert witnesses, will appear in the Casey Anthony case.

Sims, of Ocala, filed a notice of limited appearance as co-counsel in the Casey Anthony defense today, according to court records.

Her notices states she "is appearing as co-counsel for the defendant…for the limited purpose of cross-examining experts."

The website for Sims' law firm says she works with lawyers nationwide in cross-examining physicians at trial and during depositions.
Casey Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old child, Caylee Marie.

The child's remains were found in late 2008, months after she was reported missing by her family.

Her trial is scheduled to start in May. Sims will join Anthony's primary attorneys Jose Baez and Cheney Mason.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An attorney from Ocala is joining Casey Anthony's defense team, WFTV learned Wednesday.
Court documents show Dorothy Clay Sims will appear as co-counsel for the defense. According to her law firm's website, Sims focuses on direct and cross-examination of medical experts.

She will join Casey's attorneys Jose Baez and J. Cheney Mason.

We sure did....her specialty is not the same as LKB though as I understand it....she was more than likely brought on to cross examine Dr. G....Dr. G would make both BOZO and BUFFOON look like the incompetents they are......LKB's forte is forensics and she is darn good so I was told..I do not know this for a fact....just an opinion...this is going to get interesting for sure.
