I agree with your assessment above. But I think JA will need to watch his smirks too. They have been directed at the defense and well deserved but I don't think it will set well with the jurors.  I've never seen JA during a trial and he may not act that way at all, hearings are a whole different ball game. This is a trial for the murder of a child and there is no place for smirks or laughter. I expect to see the defense be very demeaning towards Tony, Jesse, Amy and possibly even George and Cindy, especially if they plan on throwing George under the bus.  Neither Baez or Mason will come off as professionals, they are grasping and well, we see what that is doing for them already, so I fully expect their demeanor to carry over to trial.   JMO

thanks tupelo....I agree about JA....and like you I hope he doesn't roll his eyes or smirk....I think not only the jury but the general public will hold the State to a higher level than the clown clan.  I do hope by the time the trial rolls around that JP has given the duhfense all the leeway and rope he intends to and force them to at least act like they are attorneys

their last press conference was after the in camera hearing re: TES and they lied about what went on in that.....I personally don't believe a word that comes out of either of their's mouth..so good or bad...how would we know??

The Casey Anthony defense team has called a news conference for Tuesday morning.

It was not immediately clear what will be discussed at the news conference, which will be held at attorney Jose Baez's Kissimmee office at 9 a.m.

Baez and Mason are expected to hold the news conference, but Mason's legal assistant said today she could not confirm the topic that will be discussed.

Casey Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old child, Caylee Marie.

The child's remains were found in late 2008, months after she was reported missing by her family.

Hi nrcg...I haven't a clue and that's as good a guess as any...or they are going to spout off that they have new information .....whatever they say I will take it with a grin of salt unless they announce Kc has changed her plea to guilty...and then I will have to see it in writing

I was cleaning out some 'stuff' and found a comment JB made...but not date....that he had a photo of Zanny with Caylee at JB Park....does anyone else remember this?  I wish I had kept better notes early on...but who the hell would have thought this would have gone on this long? Why has he never produced this photo
