I pray to St. Francis of Assisi for the animals................and do daily for Josef.

I have two St Francis Assisi statues, one was my mothers and one I bought a long time ago for the yard. Unfortunately I broke the little bird feeder on it, when I lost my balance in the yard, but now for the fall I have little tiny squash and pumpkins in it, to hide the broken part. 

Perfect idea putting in the tiny squash and pumpkins - I love them.

Made it back about 15 minutes ago. She must have put in 7 aps. Had to stop and stock up on kitty food and stuff for while we are gone.

I will as soon as we pull out of the drive way.    I tell you trying to get use the retirement budget was hard.  It's been awhile since we have done anything. With daughter and kids here it's even harder.    We are both pretty much home bodies. It will be nice to have some quiet time.

Can someone explain what all is going on at Ky's thread?  Is there like a whole other layer of communication that I am unaware of? I read every single post on there and it seems like I am completely out of the loop????
I know there are no PMs here and that mods do not delete posts so I am so completely amazed that I don't 'get' the whole conversation?

Guess I may be dense................even if it turns out that this web sluething is not for me.............I have found this forum and I love it............so waiting to be allowed to join and struggling to figure things out has been MORE than worth it.

Before I finally got accepted on this site I read and tried to participate at IS...............that experience was not so good.

Anyway, I am off to read the local news and get back to Cookie.

Here are some photos of Sidekick's little cave.Note:I am not a decorator.   
I will incorporate some blue and green with some pillows,rug and photos from outdoors.I can take some of the lake and Digger of course.Sidekick will have some ideas,and that will be a whole other story.     Is it gonna be o.k?

Trimm that is a beautiful room or should I say handsome?!!  What a great view out the patio door and the bed set is wonderful.  Sidekick is going to love his new pad.

I think that thread is turning us into very frustrated people. All I can do is hope and pray the police are doing whatever it takes to bring him home, and so far I believe they have been doing a great job.

Can't bring myself to throwing the statue out, have had it for many years. Have to use artificial pumpkins and squash throughout the yard, because last year some of the birds decided to make a big mess ripping apart the real ones
