I would gladly take that 52 degrees, it is now last look 105 that just isn't right     I do have to leave for awhile and get something from Walmart and Joanns and then straight home.

Be careful and hope to see yo when you get back. I don't care where you live that's Hot. We are at 73 today.

73 is very pleasant, it is hard to be putting up fall things when it is so hot it doesn't seem right

Get some Popsicles at Walmart... that will be a cool treat ..If they don't melt on the way home ....... I will send you some of my cool air gladly. Its so Crazy ..It was 89 here two days ago.. Michigan Weather at its finest.
 

I think they would melt before I would get to the car    That is what is so crazy we had nice pleasant temps and then wham. I grew up on Lake Michigan, know how the temps go from high to low real fast.

I agree Deenie - I hate when I have to wash sweat shirts and shorts in the same load!  but luckily in Michigan the weather will change in a few minutes!

Am packing today. Hubs got the back seat out.  So hopefully no major problems come up we might be able to leave tomorrow. But I am not holding my breath.

Believe me I learned my lesson, went in the yard for five minutes and started to pant like a dog it is so hot  You have a wonderful and safe trip, and relax and enjoy

  That sounds like Texas weather in November, highs in the 90's and will drop to the 30's in less than an hour.

I am starving. I was supposed to go to early dinner with my skating friend and coaches tonight. But they cancelled. Usually I am the one that does, but I was looking foward to dinner. I haven't eaten anything today so I could pig tonight. All I have is hotlinks in the freezer or call in a pizza. Think since I am on a budget, I go with frozen hot links. I will burn one in the oven.

JSM..I am well...we are dealing with a lot with MIL...she is in a skilled nursing facility after leaving the hospital..she went back to a hospital last night so we were there until 2:00 am...she just got let out of the hospital on Friday..sigh..she may have to go to assisted living rather than her own apartment once she gets her strength back. Surprisingly, I think that is what she wants to do..I think that with her age of almost 89 and getting so frail that she will feel more secure where there is medical assistance and help if she needs it..heading towards the end of life I am afraid...sad to see it happen..

Green Eyes..now that I saw that you were going to visit your MIL in Florida, I remember reading that..I am a bit spacy today after not getting much sleep this past week...

Rosie..I would gladly take your heat any day..it is darn right cold here...I hate it...

Cookie, sorry about your MIL, but I am glad she is willing to go to assisted living. It is sad to see it happen, but with proper care 24/7 she could make a better turn around than being in her apartment alone. JMO, went through it with my Grandma because she was "too proud" to tell us she was sick even though we visited her weekly. She didn't want to bother us.  When she got to our ER that afternoon I gave her the biggest butt chewing. Glad I could visit her every day because I would really feel guilty now for doing that.
