Where did everyone go?  It is awfully lonely in here.

It is quiet on the forum just like yesterday.

It has been quiet for a couple days. Not much going on any where.

I have to sneak and throw things out or hubs takes it out of the trash.

I got rid of so much stuff before we moved here. And I still have stuff that's packed I haven't used for 3 years. Then they are things I know I have and go looking for them. Only to realize I got rid of it.
And it is fun to look through boxes, and say, wow, thought I threw that away. My husband takes stuff out of the trash also  I know some of the things going to the Salvation Army he doesn't even remember buying it from thrift stores. We use to do a lot of thrift store shopping, well a lot is going back

48 HOURS: 21 American soldiers killed in Afghanistan...
When will it end
Good morning, never I don't think
It will be interesting to hear NoBama's speech tonight. I am not going to hold my breath for anything encouraging.

Me either.SOS,as far as I am concerned.I'll just
Hubby and I have spent the whole morning together.  He is working up to getting a new cross bow.I almost killed a deer with his old one last year. The guys were like    First time I ever used a cross bow.I am sure it was a fluke!LMAO  I told him get the new bow,who cares, but my carpet is in the bag now.   ::MonkeyDevil::It will be our Birthday/Christmas gift to ourselves.
You get the carpet and that is a good idea a birthday/Christmas gift, and you can throw a new cross bow in, only after you get your carpet  Heaven knows what I would do with a cross bow in my hands

Have a safe trip Green Eyes  an angelic monkey  We have purchased many fine items at thrift stores and antique stores, I'm keeping the really nice things, and getting rid of stuff that I have no idea why we bought them.

I'm on another get rid of stuff day    Am packing so much up for the Salvation Army, and next I'm calling the garbage people, we get to call twice a year for them to pick up items that are too bulky, so there is a bunch going with them also. Enough of all this stuff we don't need
You go girl!  I love it when I get one of those moods.
It's ridiculous what we all have here
My husband is a huge packrat - you would not believe the stuff he saves...............like bubble wrap.  Yep lots and lots of bubble wrap.  I have to throw the stuff away if a package is delivered with bubble wrap in it.
so does my husband just in case we have to ship a box. We have been shipping a lot of boxes lately, but still  I'm getting rid of stuff that he doesn't even remember having.

It must be a man thing - mine has like 10,000 marbles - he is sure someday they will be worth something! I think so - I may make a marble shooter to get the kids moving faster!?!   Monkey Devil!
OMG how funny, maybe he is right, someday. My husband has so much sports memorabilia, I keep asking him, what is all this crap worth?

That was last year. I sold his just under one million baseball, football and basketball cards and stuff that he bought in bulk thinking it would be somethign some day.

theboyzmom, I wish my husband would get rid of all that and sell it. He also has a huge collection of Lord of the Ring toys, but I'm not suppose to call it toys    Memorabilia is the proper word, but what ever it is they are all ugly statues, and I mean ugly.
