Kyron Horman, 7 years old PORTLAND, OR #26 8/31/10 - 9/06/10

I actually dreamed about Kyron before I woke up this morning.  I was an odd dream that had nothing to do with him.  I walked into a bedroom, and there he was, propped up against pillows.  He had a big smile on his face.  I said, "You're back!", and I went over and hugged him.

I am hoping against hope that this is a good sign, but I had a vision of Caylee asleep once.  However, Kyron was awake in this dream.  I don't know...

In honor of Kyron's Birthday coming up here is an opportunity for those who want to give but can't give directly to Kyron.  This is just an idea I have. Well not really I did a collection for the prior two years in my community and it was a huge hit. I hope this is alright Klaas.
 

There are a group of children in every community who can use your help. At this time of year they are returning to school with very few nice clothes and new shoes. They deserve to look as good and feel as good as all the other children. They are our Foster Kids. Feel free to take new clothes in all different sizes. Or clothes your children have they can't wear any longer and shoes, new under clothes and such to your local ADFS office and donate them.

Just imagine not only being separated from your whole family but also starting school without the same opportunity to dress as the other kids you will spend your days with. For Babies they need clothing and disposable diapers. These kids come into the program with the clothes on their backs. They can also use overnight type bags to carry their possessions in from home to home. They also need personal care items like hair brushes, tooth brushes, tooth paste, baby wipes.

Problem is this is an on going program so these kids need year round.

All of this can be donated to help these children in your community.

Shell, The Terri Horman Support Page had opened a birthday page for Kyron, but the link now says "Page Not Found". It wasn't going very well. It must've been all the nice posts about Desiree.

With quickly skimming the page, I can no longer find a link to the birthday page. The birthday page was weird in that they had previously almost ignored Kyron and been dismissive about Kaine and Desiree.
