Finally got up the courage to think out loud here:

RE: The Bat phones - Assume Terri may/may not physically be involved in Kyron's actual abduction, but has some knowledge of who is involved (i.e. someone else did it for her, someone she is involved with took Kyron as a message to her, or in response to something she did or didn't do, etc.). Or possibly, as some believe, she was initially involved but it quickly got out of her control.

Somehow, whoever actually has him, or their intermediary, tells Terri "get a phone(s) and we will contact you for further info/instructions". She (or a friend) texts abductors w/her new #, or posts coded message in classified, someone's FB acct., Craigslist, in order to get her (and others) new cell # to abductors. (Did the others KEEP the phones they bought, or give them all to Terri?)

That's why DeDe stayed at her house, not her parents, because maybe DeDe was a possible contact as well as Terri. They were waiting for some kind of contact from abductors.

Somehow I want to believe Dede is innocent and that she was fooled by Terri in order to get her cooperation. But, the fact that Dede wanted a deal in order to testify in front of the GJ tells me that she does know something that can incriminate her.

If she was ever threatened or tricked into helping, that should be a mitigating circumstance and the courts should be easy on her, if she were ever on trial.

Was it ever determined 100% that Dede was asking for a deal or was that speculation?  I understood she did not testify before the GJ, and as I understood it, she was put under oath and told she could be called back.

I don't recall that we heard that definately DeDe asked for immunity...the way I recall was that they asked her for certain items which she supplied and they said she could be called back.

In a message to me from DY's family, Desiree and her family requested the use of one of Brandi's pics to use on a flier. With her approval, attached is the flier that the family is using. Thank you Brandi!  an angelic monkey

Have a great day everyone!

Feel free to start a thread tomorrow morning to celebrate Kyron's birthday.  I don't have a problem with that.

Aw, thanks, mymonkey.

I am so pleased that Desiree liked my artwork enough to use it in a poster/flyer for their celebration of Kyron's Birthday.

Now, let's bring him home!

cw618: I answered your post here: http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4314.msg1225069#msg1225069 It has a list of all the Kyron artwork I have done to date.

That is so sad.  I wish someone would have a conscience & tell what happened to this beautiful child. How can you keep Kyron from his family, friends & classmates? I hope whoever is responsible burns in h#ll for this. (IMO...TH & possibly DDS) Sorry if my last statement was offensive to anyone. My heart broke all over again when I read he will be removed from the enrollment list if he is absent for 10 days.  Sad

Hello fellow monkeys.
Brandy wow we are all so proud of you! You and CBB both put so much love and care into the pics it doesn't surprise me at all she wanted to use one.

I wanted to share with you all another dream I had on Sunday morning. In my dream I was sitting in a chair in a room with these other people and although I knew them in my dream, I don't know who they are now. so I am sitting there chatting and the front door swings open and in comes little Kyron. He came running up to me and flung his arms around my neck and I screamed out, Kyron where have you been? So many people are so worried about you and we love you. He looked right at me with a great big smile, his blue eyes were just dancing with happiness and said he was great and he knows we love him..He turned and skipped away and I woke up.
I hope one day we all get to see that smiling face I saw in my dream. I want so badly for this little boy to come home.

Wall of Hope for Kyron Horman relocated next to a fire station near Skyline School
http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2010/09/kyron_horman_wall_of_hope_move.html

Kaine Horman says he continues to sleep with his phone, waiting for a call that his son has been located. He never thought he wouldn't be joining the other Skyline parents today, accompanying his son to his third-grade class.

"Everyday since then, it's just waiting for the phone call," Kaine Horman said.

On Kyron's upcoming birthday, his dad plans to take off work and spend the day doing something special.

"I'm going to do something on my own for him."

I think Ky's B-Day will hit them like a ton of bricks. I don't care who we think did it, who is involved, it is a very sad day for any of his family members. the statement from the school is rather bureaucratic and insensitive at this moment in time.
