I want to know more about the Grand Jury suspending itself.

As I understand it, when a Grand Jury RECESSES itself, they can be called back at a later time.  As in postponed.

When a Grand Jury SUSPENDS itself, it has to be signed off by a judge.  Neither Atty can call for the Grand Jury to be reconveined, it's over.

Does anyone have any info on this to clarify?

hehehe monkey king, thank you so much for always making me laugh, i have been under so much stress lately and this case is so sad, and i dont think i can go to the th page anymore because it is so offensive to me seeing her with kyron in pics.(in my opinion)

Her affair? I don’t know if the source quoted is right on this but this is the first I have heard of her affair with the LS. What is next? Hehe if her close family friend is providing an aliby , by saying this,  then it would be just right that she would plead “I have had sex with everyone even remotely involved in this case but I am not guilty of ANYTHING related to the disapearance of Kyron Horman”. sheeeeeeeeesh

She had an affair with LS, it sounds like.  Why would she call and tell her mother about the LS?  What is it that she told her mother?

She told Mom that she fired the LS, or her threatened her, or she was cheating on Kaine?  What is it that she told the mother?

Why would she tell her mother?  This makes no sense.

If you think back to the posts by "sincerely yours", the "psychic" who is probably Windy Chatfield Borden, who lives in Arizona now, but must have been friends with TH in high school, "sincerely yours" talked about this incident on May 9.

It was Mother's Day.  The LS came to TH's house on Mother's Day?  This makes no sense.

And I am wondering where is Kyron?  But since it has been so long, I am really afraid to find out.  This case keeps us up at night wondering what happened to this precious little one.
