I disagree with "Deetch".

The implication is that the Persistence betrayal is a non-issue.  The contents of the trap that was turned over unchallenged to the Aruban enemy was a non-issue.  A measure of closure for the family is a non-issue.

Joran van der Sloot is the non-issue.  Justice is never going to come out of Aruban for Natalee Holloway.  IMO
