Hi Puzzler,  Tuba's last sentence is "His Mars rests at the door of his family, his home and his ending".  Do you think that means she believes Kyron is buried on the Korman property?

I saw that.  I don't know about being buried on the Horman property, but the thought did cross my mind.  Another thought was that it meant that someone in the family home killed him.  Tuba's thinks Terri killed Kyron at the beginning of all this; that Kyron has been dead all this time.  Sort of goes against Kaine/Desiree being so sure Kyron's alive.

If I take Tuba's sentence literally, to me it says:  Kyron was killed at home by a member of the family.

Another thought about Kyron's glasses (I know that it's not confirmed that the family recieved the glasses).

"If" Kyron's glasses were in the mailbox with a note:

This might be the reason that Kaine/Desiree believes Kyron is alive and being held by someone

The glasses would be a definate clue to hurt someone

If the glasses were sent by Terri, it would be to hurt Kaine/Desiree

However, if the glasses were sent by "someone else", it could be to hurt Terri.  To let Terri know that you've messed up big time and now you're going to pay.  I hadn't thought of that angle before today.

Wife devastated after man arrested on child porn charges

NEAR MOLALLA, Ore. – A man who drove children to and from schools in a rural area near Molalla, Oregon, is being held on charges he was dealing child pornography over the Internet.
 
Neil McKinney, 44, is being held on 10 charges related to child pornography.
 
 A legal affidavit released Wednesday detailed some of the images, which generally centered on pre-teen males engaged in sexual conduct. The document is too explicit for KATU to release to the public.
 
Investigators said McKinney allegedly began uploading the images in 2008 and continued to do so until as recently as June of 2010.
 
Investigators also said children that were driven about on McKinney’s school bus route were not involved in any of the alleged images or abuse because McKinney was only near the children when they were on the bus. McKinney drove the school bus for the First Student company.
 
McKinney and his wife also lived with a roommate, and investigators said computer records and Internet hosting information indicate McKinney used the roommate’s air card, a wireless Internet connection device, to upload the images from a laptop computer.
 
Investigators said a tip from the roommates Internet Service Provider (ISP) to a child safety network sparked the investigation and led them to arrest McKinney.
 
On Thursday, KATU made contact with McKinney’s wife of 15 years. She commented on the case but asked not to be identified.
 
When asked if she knew what her husband was allegedly uploading to the Internet, McKinney;s wife said “No. I had no idea. It just...uh... I was floored when they said what it was.”
 
“He's the last person that we thought would have any kind of problem - anybody who knows him,” she added.
 
Oregon Attorney General John Kroger said he is not surprised when they find what appear to be regular citizens with no criminal history involved in child pornography.
 
“Some of them are otherwise very law-abiding citizens, often upstanding members of the community to all appearance,” Kroger told KATU News. “But - in truth [they are] engaged in child pornography.”
 
Investigators questioned Neil McKinney's wife and the woman who lived with them and determined they were not involved.
 
McKinney wife said she believes the allegations because her husband has admitted the images and videos were on his computer.
 
“I don't want to believe it but it’s true so - nothing I can do,” she said.
 
McKinney is being held on $250,000 bail.

man that just gave me chills because of the dream I had, remember that? Terri was upset because Kyron forgot his lunch and she took him home to get it, just screaming and yelling all the way home. In the kitchen she started hitting and hitting him and then choked him to death.
It is a dream I will never forget, just horrifying.

Has there been any confirmation about the glasses to date?

Perhaps if the mailbox story is a hoax, have they ever been found during the searches, or perhaps this is something LE wouldn't want to get out at all costs?

This could possibly put Kyron other than at the school, if located during a search in that intial two mile radius search.

Jaimee Wilson Mackinnon  (MB) I had lunch with DeDe today and she confirmed that the posts from her cousin on GLP are legit, she has talked to him in person and by phone. The posts on SM are also legit, it is not her cousin posting on on SM, but it is a friend of hers.

I can see Dede wanting to clear her name.  But the LAT people I would allow to help me are the people from the THSP page.  It would have been much more credible if she had her friends do it for her.  I know that they are on the page, but it just makes Dede look nuttier than ever.

Good Morning Monkeys!

I don't think I've posted in this thread, but I've followed along since the beginning.  I really wish we had more facts.  It breaks my heart that this little boy is still missing.

Here are a few things that trouble me.  If anyone has info, I would really appreciate your input.

I want to know why Terri sent James away.  Was it that he was old enough to cramp her style? OR,  Was it to protect him from the pedo situations in Kaine's family?  What if there was inappropriate contact from someone in Kaine's family and Kaine refused to deal with it?  Wouldn't that make Terri furious at Kaine - furious enough to retaliate?   

I don't think there was a bona fide MFH plot against Kaine.  I think any plots Terri concocted were directed at little Kyron.   

IMO, Kaine has more involvement than we know.  IMO, his actions were the catalyst in Terri's mind.

Why wouldn't she report that to the proper authorities and get the rest of the kids away from that?

If something like your dream happened, I think it would have been a different day than when Kyron went missing.  I can't see Terri worried about a lunch if she were getting ready to dispose of Kyron.  Sorry...sounds harsh.

Flymonkey said DeDe's lawyer asked her not to post on the internet, so why would she get her cousin and her friend to do it for her? To me, it is the same as her posting directly on the internet. She supplies the info; they do the typing. Twisted ethics there.

As far as purchasing the bat phones to have private conversations, now it has been said by Fly that they wanted to have private conversations about the dates of attorney appointments.  Oh, that is such interesting and important info that no one would want over heard.

We also was heard that it was because TH didn't want Kaine getting info to give the media.

Like what?  The child is missing and they are playing these games?  What was TH so interested in hiding?  Did TH sleep with the bat phone and Dede with the extinguisher?  Maybe TH was busy with her bat phone while Dede slept.

And for that matter, why didn't TH go to the home in Roseburg?  Certainly a house that isn't out in the middle of nowhere if one is SO afraid. Or why didn't they go to Dede's condo?  Plenty of room there.  And neighbors very close by.

The more that is said, the worse the stories get.

HelloKitty...I hear you.  Gotta' say though if it were me and I needed to talk to my attorney...considering a divorce was pending...you can bet your sweet bippy that I wouldn't want LE overhearing what I'm discussing with my attorney for concern that it would get back to Kaine and that Kaine would have advance knowledge of any strategy for the divorce.  Any...there is strategy played out in divorces...yes ma'm...(you might not know that if you've never been though a divorce...and I hope you haven't).  However, a person does have a right to attorney/client priviledge...even the law says that.

If Terri truly needed a bat phone for private phone conversations with her lawyer, why did she waste all that time going to his office? Not buying that one.

DeDe and Terri's other friends either thought they were on a great adventure with bat phones or they were trying to hide from LE. Neither reason would help find Kyron.
