A quick Google search of scaredmonkeys.net gives me one possible drug- or alcohol-related arrest but no specifics:

thanks grey... I didn't think it was here but I asked to be absolutely postive... I'm positive and I think the person was just lying so they could try to make terri look horrible... people are weird that way... they think if they make up enough lies about a person people will think they are guilty... I don't care if a person is guilty or not, but I want to know the truth, not a bunch of bs just to make someone look bad... grrr..

I've been reading around and  the posts that flymonkey post here are exactly the same at other forums.  So they are trying to convince more than just us, anyplace where somebody will listen and convice.  I truly believe it IS Dede and not a 'friend'.

Well, IF it IS Dede, and not a friend, what would you ask her that has to do with Kyron's disappearance?

I believe just about everything that could be asked already was answered by flymonkey in previous posts, if you've read them.  She's not going to say anything she can't and only just continue to be vague, as a "friend" who just doesn't know everything has been doing.  She can't reveal she's DeDe....

I would think she could say anything she wanted to say.  FM did have a good point when she said whatever she did share with us could very well be considered hearsay.

Seriously, if there were a situation like this in my life, and I think some will agree with me, and I was innocent, I would have lawyered up real quick, and I would want to vindicate myself.

Well, plenty have raised cain about Terri, saying that "if" she was so innocent, why doesn't she speak out.  Then there's the People Magazine articla and that was held with disbelief.  Now there's a friend speaking out with DeDe's permission and that is met with disbelief. 

Truth is on the internet...no one knows anything for a fact.

Well, I think many would agree that people were starting to forget about DeDe....at least until Flymonkey came around.  Innocent or not, it appears someone likes to be the center of attention.

You may be right there.  I was giving credit that they came to Scared Monkeys to talk because Scared Monkeys is read by many on the internet and it's a good forum to get the your word out. 

We can ask FlyMonkey and get a direct answer.  I'm willing to bet FlyMonkey chose scaredmonkeys because this is where JW came to discuss Dede.

It does seem that that LE have been cracking down and making arrests that have to do with child exploitation in Oregon and related areas..

Hi Puzzler,  Tuba's last sentence is "His Mars rests at the door of his family, his home and his ending".  Do you think that means she believes Kyron is buried on the Korman property?

I saw that.  I don't know about being buried on the Horman property, but the thought did cross my mind.  Another thought was that it meant that someone in the family home killed him.  Tuba's thinks Terri killed Kyron at the beginning of all this; that Kyron has been dead all this time.  Sort of goes against Kaine/Desiree being so sure Kyron's alive.

If I take Tuba's sentence literally, to me it says:  Kyron was killed at home by a member of the family. 

man that just gave me chills because of the dream I had, remember that? Terri was upset because Kyron forgot his lunch and she took him home to get it, just screaming and yelling all the way home. In the kitchen she started hitting and hitting him and then choked him to death.
It is a dream I will never forget, just horrifying.

This refers back to post #233. When you are born with Mars in your House of endings, you may meet a violent end (which includes arson, although not in this case). Kyron has Mars there. At his birthday this year, Mercury overhead was atop that Mars. What does that produce? Much thought and discussion about what ever happened to Kyron. Is an individual identified to this violent end? You need to give me a badge and deputize me before I go too far into that answer but there is asteroid Terry of SWNBN's which is also 6°Virgo, with Kyron's Mars 6° and with all the thought and talk, Mercury 6°. Astrology has given us many reasons to look at SWNBN and this is one more in the heap.

"This case has identified more than 85 suspects in 20 states and 19 foreign countries," said Attorney General Kroger. "Most importantly, through separate investigations, two children were identified and rescued from situations of abuse of sexual exploitation in another state."

Paul Pavlock pleaded guilty today in Washington County Circuit Court to 10 counts of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse in the First Degree. The Pavlock investigation has led to a number of important developments:

    * The San Francisco Police Department arrested Edward Sage, the director of a nursing home in San Francisco, on July 20, 2010.
    * The Texas Attorney General's Office arrested Allen Ward, a Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison guard, on August 5, 2010.
    * Suspects have been identified with charges pending in Mississippi and Minnesota.
    * Two children, identified through separate and still ongoing investigations, were rescued from situations of abuse or sexual exploitation in another state.
    * A total of 47 leads were referred through Immigration and Customs Enforcement to law enforcement agencies in 19 foreign countries. Another 39 leads were referred to Internet Crimes Against Children task forces and affiliate agencies in 20 states. The results of most of these referrals have not yet been reported back to the Oregon Department of Justice.
    * Michael Price of Portland, the subject of a separate child pornography investigation, was connected to Pavlock before his arrest. Price was convicted and sentenced in Multnomah County on Feb. 5, 2010.
    * A National Center for Missing and Exploited Children analysis of nearly 10,000 images and videos possessed by Pavlock identified 135 children. That vastly understates the actual number of victims who are depicted in the images and videos but have not been identified.
Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 19.

I cannot wrap my brain around anyone finding ' children' in this regard -whether they are a child in their eyesight walking down the street .. or other ( which My brain cannot even go there) .. I say round them up and put them on an airplane and drop them with parachutes into the middle of the desert and let them attempt to survive ..  just a thought.

Or that it was ever " truthfully" stated that Kyron had a doctor's appointment?

I would think that Kaine or even Desiree would be mailed Kyron's insurance or doctor bill's .. Or even a call to the house .. " We are confirming Kyron's Appointment" ..something.
One of them would have knowledge of Kyron's health records. Because Terri has no " power" so to say within that part of Kyron's life. She may have been able to take him, to and from.. but she would not have the legal aspect under her name. His insurance etc ..would be under Kaine's Name or even Desiree if she had a better plan or paid for his insurance First, with Kaine 2nd ..or the other way around ..
Even an EOB would come to the house if it was not covered ( explanation of benefits)
 
I just read tonight that Blue Cross Blue Shield Oregon has dropped Single Children/Children from their coverage due to Obama's health care reform.  What the heck ? Waiting on whats going to happen with my own coverage.. that I can barely afford as it goes UP and UP every few months ..

Did Kyron actually visit every other weekend with Desiree and Tony.  The rumor mill suggested he didn't visit that often.

Hi MK,  I have not asked her that specifically, but I can.  My guess would be that he wasn't at Terri's birthday party, so probably sometime in Fall 2009.  I will check with her.

Was Kyron with Desiree during the party?  Was James at the party?

I have not read any confirmation about the "so called" doctor or any appointments.
IMO, Terri's stories about "seizure episodes", doctor appointments, etc. are just that...STORIES! Neither Kaine or Desiree have verified the information that I know of. Of course they may have been asked to not disclose certain info.
I'm sure LE has investigated and knows whether Terri's telling the truth or not about the doctor appointment. Unfortunately, we the public aren't going to know until Kyron is found, or at trial if there is one.

Do you guys remember Sheriff Stanton saying "There are things that they suspected that they no longer suspect"?

Now we are seeing an increase in the news of these "cells" of child pornographers being arrested in the state of Oregon.

Prior to this, the Gj suspended itself. 

It seems to me, with all the hints that were thrown out to us by the Sheriff's presser, that this seems to be where they are going with this investigation and not specifically after Terri like they were.

Think about what he said, rewatch the presser.
